Сегодня, 18 сентября, под председательством временно исполняющего обязанности Главы Донецкой Народной Республики Дениса Пушилина состоялось заседание Совета Министров Донецкой Народной Республики. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Совмина.
На заседании Совета Министров присутствовали и.о. заместителя Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Алексей Ананченко, и.о. заместителя Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Владимир Антонов, и.о. заместителя Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Екатерина Матющенко.
Денис Пушилин заслушал доклады руководителей министерств и ведомств по выполнению ряда поручений и задач, которые были поставлены перед Советом Министров на предыдущем заседании.
И. о. министра связи ДНР Виктор Яценко доложил Денису Пушилину о ситуации с работой украинского мобильного оператора «Vodafone» на территории Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Для гарантируемого покрытия территории ДНР связью «Vodafone» необходима работа 211 базовых станций. На сегодня в Республике около 350 тысяч абонентов оператора «Vodafone». Для компенсации затрат на функционирование связи ежемесячно необходима сумма около 3 миллионов рублей», — сказал Виктор Яценко.
Денис Пушилин поручил министерству связи проработать предложения, учитывая интересы абонентов. «Поручаю принять исчерпывающие меры по стабилизации работы мобильного оператора «Vodafone» на территории Республики, при необходимости разработать соответствующий нормативный правовой акт. Также Министерству связи следует улучшить качество голосовой связи Республиканского оператора «Феникс», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
На предыдущем заседании Совета Министров ДНР исполняющему обязанности заместителя Председателя Совета Министров Донецкой Народной Республики Владимиру Антонову было поручено взять на контроль вопрос разработки и согласования графиков поставок строительных материалов для социальных объектов, а также галита для нужд автодорожного хозяйства и котельных. В рамках выполнения поручения и. о. министра строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Сергей Наумец представил результаты работы министерства по данному вопросу.
«Исполняющему обязанности заместителя Председателя Совета Министров Владимиру Антонову, который курирует данное направление работы, поручаю проконтролировать поставку стройматериалов и галита в установленные сроки», — подчеркнул Денис Пушилин.
Также Владимиру Антонову поручено подготовить перечень потребностей Республики в городских, школьных автобусах, машинах скорой медицинской помощи, а также специальной коммунальной и дорожной технике.

Denis Pushilin gave a hearing to the reports of the heads of ministries and departments on the implementation of a number of tasks that were assigned to the Council of Ministers at the previous meeting.
Acting Minister of Communications of the DPR Viktor Yatsenko reported to Denis Pushilin about the situation with the Vodafone Ukrainian provider in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“For the guaranteed coverage of the DPR territory with Vodafone communications, 211 cell towers are needed. For today in the Republic there are about 350 thousand subscribers of the Vodafone provider. To compensate the costs of the functioning of communications, a monthly amount of about 3 million rubles is required,” Viktor Yatsenko said.
Denis Pushilin instructed the Ministry of Communications to work out proposals, taking into account the interests of subscribers. “I instruct you to take comprehensive measures to stabilize the work of the Vodafone mobile communications provider in the territory of the Republic, if necessary, to develop an appropriate regulatory legal act. In addition, the Ministry of Communications should improve the quality of voice communications of the Phoenix republic provider,” Denis Pushilin said.
At the previous meeting of the DPR Council of Ministers, acting Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Donetsk People’s Republic Vladimir Antonov was instructed to take control of the issue of developing and agreeing schedules for supplies of building materials for social facilities and halite for the needs of road facilities and boiler houses. As part of the assignment, acting Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities Sergei Naumets reported on the results of the Ministry’s work on this issue.
“Acting Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Vladimir Antonov, who supervises this area of work, I instruct to monitor the supply of building materials and halite in a timely manner,” Denis Pushilin stressed.
Vladimir Antonov was also instructed to prepare a list of the Republic’s needs in urban buses, school buses, ambulance vehicles, as well as special utility and road machinery.
