В сессионном зале Дома правительства ДНР прошла процедура специального гашения почтовой марки № 130 «Народный Совет» на почтовом блоке № 22 «Первый созыв депутатов Народного Совета Донецкой Народной Республики». Почтовая марка и блок были выпущены Государственным предприятием «Почта Донбасса». Об этом сегодня, 2 ноября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики.
«Сегодня у нас есть повод вспомнить о том, как все начиналось. Наверное, мы еще не до конца осознаем, что происходило и насколько серьезны были наши поступки и действия для становления Донецкой Народной Республики. И гашение марки — это, безусловно, важно. Это позволит запомнить то, что было, позволит запомнить участников этих процессов. И это уже история!», — обратился к присутствующим врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин.
«От всей отрасли связи хочу поблагодарить Народный Совет за работу. Вы заложили фундамент, правовую базу. А марка — это наша скромная благодарность», — отметил и.о. министра связи ДНР Виктор Яценко.
На почтовом блоке «Первый созыв депутатов Народного Совета ДНР» размещена почтовая марка «Народный Совет». Фоном композиции выступает изображение здания Дома правительства ДНР, а также фрагмент изображения мандата депутата НС ДНР. Марку украшает изображение трибуны Народного Совета. Композицию марки дополняет герб ДНР, год выпуска и указана номинальная стоимость марки в размере 60 рос. рублей. Тираж марки и, соответственно, блока – 5 тыс. экземпляров.
«В марках, блоках и конвертах мы стараемся зафиксировать и увековечить все исторические события в жизни нашей Родины. Для нас большая честь — посвятить их вам, тем, кто стоял у истоков Республики», — подчеркнул генеральный директор ГП «Почта Донбасса» Денис Неудачин.
В завершение мероприятия именные памятные почтовые блоки были презентованы депутатам Народного Совета ДНР. Блок № 001 вручен врио Главы ДНР Денису Пушилину.

The souvenir sheet entitled “First Convocation of Deputies of the DPR People’s Council” contains the postage stamp entitled “People’s Council”. The background of the design depictsanimage of the building of the DPR Government House, as well as a fragment of the image of DPR People’s Council Deputy’s Mandate. The stamp is decorated with an image of the tribune of the People’s Council. The DPR national emblemcompletes the design of the stamp;it alsofeaturesitsyear made and face valuefor 60 RUB. There are 5 thousand printed copies of the stamp and, accordingly of the sheet.

At the end of the event, personalized memorable souvenir sheetswere presented to DPR People’s Council deputies. The sheetNo. 001 was presented to interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
