В одной из частей Народной милиции Донецкой Народной Республики прошло досрочное голосование на выборах Главы ДНР и депутатов Народного Совета Республики, в котором приняли участие порядка 200 военнослужащих. Об этом сегодня, 6 ноября, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Участковые избирательные комиссии полностью готовы к процедуре проведения досрочного голосования для военнослужащих армии ДНР. Поскольку наши военнослужащие в постоянном режиме защищают территорию нашего государства, у них нет возможности прийти на выборы 11 ноября, поэтому это правильное решение, поскольку, как и любой житель Республики, они имеют право выразить свою гражданскую позицию.
Важно отметить, что голосование является эффективным инструментом выражения воли жителей нашего государства, разных по возрасту и профессии, но абсолютно равных в праве выразить свое мнение. Выборы соответствуют всем нормам международного права, а также принципам демократического государства, и покажут мнение жителей Республики относительно того, кто будет руководить государством в ближайшие пять лет», — подчеркнула председатель комиссии УИК № 92 Елена Буруруева.
Напомним, с 6 ноября на территории Республики стартовала процедура досрочного голосования для избирателей, которые по уважительным причинам не имеют возможности посетить свой избирательный участок 11 ноября. В первую очередь это касается военнослужащих, которые в непрерывном режиме несут службу и не могут покинуть воинские части. Завершится досрочное голосование 10 ноября, а выборы Главы ДНР и депутатов Народного Совета Республики состоятся 11 ноября.
One of the military bases of the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic hosted early pollingfor the elections of the Head of the DPR and deputies of the People’s Council of the Republic, where about 200 servicemen voted. “The Polling StationCommissions are fully prepared for the procedure of early voting for the military of the DPR army. Since our military constantly defend the territory of our state, they have no opportunity to go to the polls on November 11th;therefore, this was the right decision, because, like any citizen of the Republic, they have the right to express their civic stance.
It is noteworthy that voting is an effective tool for expressing the will of residents of our state, different in age and profession, but absolutely equal in the right to express their opinion. The elections comply with all the rules of international law, as well as the principles of a democratic state, and will show the opinion of residents of the Republic regarding who will be leading the state in the next five years,”chairperson of the Polling Station Commission No. 92 Elena Bururuyeva stressed.
Recall, since November 6th, in the territory of the Republic, an early voting procedure has been started for voters who for valid reasons have no opportunity to go to their polling station on November 11th. First of all, it concerns the military who are in continuous service and cannot leave their military bases. Early voting ends on November 10th and the elections of the Head of the DPR and deputies of the People’s Council of the Republic are scheduled for November 11th.
