Центризбирком Республики проверил готовность избирательных участков к предстоящим 11 ноября выборам Главы ДНР и депутатов Народного Совета. О результатах инспекции 8 ноября рассказала председатель ЦИК ДНР Ольга Позднякова, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«В Донецкой Народной Республике завершается подготовка к проведению внеочередных выборов Главы ДНР и депутатов Народного Совета. В эти дни Центральной избирательной комиссией были проведены проверки готовности избирательных участков к дню голосования 11 ноября. Мы посещали участки в городах и районах, в том числе и прифронтовых», — сообщил председатель ЦИК.
По словам Поздняковой, в ходе проверки был выявлен ряд недочетов.
«В первую очередь, стенды были не всегда размещены в соответствии с рекомендациями ЦИК, на нескольких урнах отсутствовали наклейки. Члены комиссии на месте исправили эти недочеты. Несмотря на выявленные недостатки, подготовки УИК находится на достаточно высоком уровне. Все ключевые моменты для проведения голосования соблюдены», — пояснила она.
Также Ольга Позднякова сообщила, что члены УИК полностью готовы к проведению голосования: «Они четко знают последовательность действий, регламентированных законодательством. В работе участковых избирательных комиссий задействовано достаточное количество человек, готовых к выполнению поставленных задач. Обеспечены все условия для свободного и прозрачного голосования граждан, исключены возможности оказания влияния на работу членов УИК».
В завершение председатель ЦИК ДНР выразила уверенность, что выборы пройдут в соответствии с законодательством ДНР и нормами международного права.
The Central Election Commission of the Republic checked up the readiness of polling stations for the upcoming elections of the DPR Head and deputies of the People’s Council to be held on November 11th. Chairperson of the DPR CEC Olga Pozdnyakova told about the results of the inspection on November 8th, according to a correspondent of the DPR official website.
“In the Donetsk People’s Republic, preparations for holding the early elections of the DPR Head and deputies of the People’s Council are near completion. Over these days, the Central Election Commission have carried out checks for the readiness of polling stations for voting on November 11th. We visited stations in towns and districts, including frontline ones,” the CEC chairperson said.
According to Pozdnyakova, the inspection found several shortcomings.
“First of all, the board were not always placed in accordance with the recommendations of the CEC, there were no stickers on several ballot boxes. Commission members fixed these shortcomings on the spot. Despite the identified shortcomings, the preparation of the polling stations is at a fairly high rate. All key points for voting have been observed,” she explained.
Olga Pozdnyakova also said that members of the polling station commissions are fully ready to conduct the voting, “They clearly know the sequence of actions regulated by the legislation. A sufficient number of people are involved in work of the polling station commissions who are ready to fulfill the tasks. All conditions for free and transparent voting of citizens are ensured, the likelihood of influencing the work of members of the polling station commissions is excluded.”
In conclusion, the DPR CEC Chairperson expressed confidence that the elections would be held in accordance with the DPR legislation and the rules of international law.
