Международный наблюдатель Джульетто Кьеза из Италии отметил высокую явку на выборах и подчеркнул, что жители Республики понимают важность голосования.
«Вы понимаете, что должны быть сплоченными. У вас именно народные выборы. Считаю, что вокруг Республик идет большая борьба. Как реагирует народ Донбасса, очень важно, чтобы спасти демократию. Считаю, что Европа должна понимать: она сделала гигантскую ошибку, когда поддержала режим Киева. Вы играете очень важную роль для Европы. Думаю, если у вас пройдет голосование как надо, эффект на международном уровне будет. Думаю, все, что вы делаете, не зря, рано или поздно это будет иметь значение», — сказал Джульетто Кьеза.
Giulietto Chiesa, an international observer from Italy, commended a high election turnout and stressed that residents of the Republic realized the importance of voting.
“You realize that you must stand united. You have truly a people’s poll here. I reckon that there is a big struggle going on around the Republics. This response of the people of Donbass is very important to save democracy. I believe that Europe should realize it made a huge mistake when it supported Kiev’s regime. You play a very important role for Europe. I think that if the polling is held properly, there will be an effect at an international scale. I think that everything that you do is not in vain, eventually it will matter,” Giulietto Chiesa said.
