Сегодня, 24 декабря, в Цхинвале состоялся обмен грамотами о ратификации Договора о дружбе, сотрудничестве и взаимной помощи между Донецкой Народной Республикой и Республикой Южная Осетия, сообщает пресс-служба Министерства иностранных дел ДНР.
В церемонии обмена ратификационными грамотами и подписания соответствующего протокола приняли участие министр иностранных дел ДНР Наталья Никонорова и министр иностранных дел РЮО Дмитрий Медоев.
Наталья Никонорова отметила особую важность состоявшего мероприятия: «Обмен грамотами о ратификации Договора о дружбе, сотрудничестве и взаимной помощи между Донецкой Народной Республикой и Республикой Южная Осетия – это важнейшее событие, являющееся заключительной стадией придания полноценной силы данному документу. И Донецкой Народной Республикой, и Республикой Южная Осетия были предприняты все усилия для того, чтобы создать максимально благоприятный климат для развития дружеских отношений. Нами пройден долгий путь, но впереди новые рубежи — многовекторное развитие наших отношений по уже достигнутым соглашениям и работа по заключению новых договоренностей».
Глава МИД Южной Осетии Дмитрий Медоев также подчеркнул, что обмен ратификационными грамотами станет новым этапом в развитии сотрудничества между государствами, и поздравил коллегу из Донецкой Народной Республики с подписанием важнейшего документа.
Today, on December 24th, in Tskhinvali hosted an exchange of ratifications of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Aid between the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia, the press service of the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Natalia Nikonorova and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the RSO Dmitry Medoyev took part in the ceremony of the exchange of the instruments of ratification and the signing of the relevant protocol.
Natalia Nikonorova noted the particular importance of the event, “The exchange of the ratification instruments of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Aid between the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia is the most important event, which is the final stage of giving full force to this document. Both the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia made every effort to create the most favorable climate for the development of friendly relations. We have come a long way, but there are new frontiers in the future — the multi-faceted development of our relations based on the agreements already reached and the work on the conclusion of new agreements. ”
Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoyev also stressed that the exchange of the instruments of ratification would be a new stage in the development of cooperation between the states and congratulated his colleague from the Donetsk People’s Republic on signing the most important document.
