Участники общественной организации «Форум спасения Мариуполя» обратились к жителям города с призывом к осторожности в связи с запланированной киевским режимом масштабной провокацией. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, общественники призвали жителей Мариуполя сообщать в силовые ведомства Республики информацию о подозрительных действиях украинской армии и иностранных граждан.
«Земляки! Мариупольчане! К вам обращаются участники «Форума спасения Мариуполя».
Ваша жизнь в опасности. Ситуация очень серьезная: преступный киевский режим готовит серьезнейшие провокации в Мариуполе и прилегающих районах. Цель – продление военного положения и отмена выборов. План западных кураторов – упрочить власть Порошенко до диктатуры.
Один из вероятных вариантов провокации может привести к масштабной экологической катастрофе. Вы прекрасно знаете, что на металлургических заводах города хранятся большие запасы аммиака. Подрыв цистерн с аммиаком приведет к гибели тысяч людей. Это даст Порошенко повод обвинить Донецкую Народную Республику и потребовать военного положения на всей территории Украины.
Нам точно известно, что в город прибыли западные инструкторы, которые обеспечат нужную для СМИ картинку. Для этого ими создана организация, представляющая собой аналог сирийских «Белых касок». Только ставки настолько велики, что эти «спасатели» будут держать не загримированных актеров, а реальные человеческие тела – возможно, ваши или ваших близких.
Для того чтобы еще более драматизировать катастрофу, украинские диверсанты минируют дороги, по которым возможна эвакуация пострадавших от выброса аммиака жителей города. На территории порта в одном из зданий проживают военные, по всей видимости, имеющие отношение к спецслужбам. Командир подразделения сообщил начальнику порта, что они будут находиться на территории порта до конца месяца и уедут после того, как встретят несколько кораблей военно-морского флота Украины.
Это подтверждает информацию о том, что киевская власть планирует и морскую провокацию, которая анонсирована секретарем СНБО Турчиновым на 23-24 декабря.
«Форум спасения Мариуполя» призывает вас: земляки, сделайте все от вас зависящее для спасения. Жизнь ваших семей – в ваших собственных руках. Если вы заметите присутствие иностранных военных в городе, представителей западных и украинских СМИ, общественников, похожих на «Белые каски» – срочно сообщите об этом на горячие линии силовых ведомства Донецкой Народной Республики.
Нам известно, что c украинских складов боеприпасов отправлено в полк «Азов» огромное количество патронов для автоматического и стрелкового оружия. Это нужно только в одном случае – борьбы с беспорядками в городских условиях.
Мы не должны допустить провокации! У нас есть силы и возможности заставить весь мир услышать ваши голоса! Только не молчите! Важна любая информация! Жизнь города в ваших руках, земляки! Промедление недопустимо», — заявила руководитель ОО «Форум спасения Мариуполя» Ирина Попова.
Members of the Forum for Rescue of Mariupol non-governmental organization appealed to the residents of the city, calling them for caution in connection with the large-scale provocation schemed by the Kiev regime. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, the public activists called upon the residents of Mariupol to report to the state security bodies and law enforcement agencies of the Republic information about any suspicious actions of the Ukrainian army and foreign citizens.
“Dear countrymen, the residents of Mariupol! Members of the Forum for Rescue of Mariupol appeal to you.
Your life is in danger. The situation is very serious: the criminal Kiev regime is preparing serious provocations in Mariupol and the surrounding areas. The goal is to prolong the martial law and call off the election. The plan of the western handlers is to consolidate Poroshenko’s power up to dictatorship.
One of the possible provocations can lead to a large-scale environmental disaster. You know perfectly well that large reserves of ammonia are stored at the metallurgical plants of the city. Blowing up ammonia tanks will kill thousands of people. This will give Poroshenko a reason to blame the Donetsk People’s Republic and demand martial law throughout all Ukraine.
We know for sure that the Western instructors have arrived in the city, who will ensure the image the media needs. To this end, they have created an organization upon an analogue of the Syrian White Helmets. But the stakes are so high that these “rescuers” will hold not made-up actors, but real human bodies — perhaps yours or your loved ones.
In order to dramatize the catastrophe further, Ukrainian commandos are seeding the roads with mines, on which evacuation of the residents of the city affected by ammonia emissions could have been possible. The military, who are apparently related to the special services, live in the territory of the port at one of the buildings. The unit commander told the port chief that they would stay at the premises of the port until the end of the month and leave after they meet several ships of the Ukrainian naval forces.
This confirms the information that the Kiev power is planning a sea provocation, which was announced by NSDC secretary Turchinov for December 23rd or 24th.
The Forum for Rescue of Mariupol calls upon you: countrymen, do everything in your power to rescue yourselves. The lives of your families are in your own hands. If you notice the presence of foreign military in the city, representatives of the Western and Ukrainian media, social activists who look like the White Helmets — immediately report this to the hotlines of law enforcement and state security agencies of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
We know that from the Ukrainian ammunition depots a huge amount of ammunition for automatic and small arms has been sent to the Azov regiment. They need this only in one case — fighting against disorders in urban environments.
We must not let the provocation happen! We have the strength and ability to make the whole world hear your voices! Just do not be silent! Any information is important! Life of the city is in your hands, countrymen! Stalling is unacceptable,” claimed Irina Popova, the head of the Forum for Rescue of Mariupol NGO.
