Распоряжение Главы ДНР «О реализации мер по восстановлению муниципального жилого фонда для последующего распределения отдельным категориям лиц, пострадавшим от военных действий» в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР прокомментировала омбудсмен Дарья Морозова.
«Это только первый, но очень долгожданный шаг. Я очень много беседую с нашими временными переселенцами, людьми, попавшими в сложную жизненную ситуацию, и считаю, что нужно прежде всего закрепить их статус на законодательном уровне. Аппарат Уполномоченного уже подал проект закона о вынужденных переселенцах, надеюсь, что в скором времени он будет проработан и вступит в законную силу»
Напомним, 25 декабря Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин подписал Распоряжение № 152 «О реализации мер по восстановлению муниципального жилого фонда для последующего распределения отдельным категориям лиц, пострадавшим от военных действий».
Согласно распоряжению установлены следующие категории получателей отремонтированного муниципального жилья:
— семьи погибших (умерших) военнослужащих;
— семьи военнослужащих, не имеющих жилья на территории ДНР;
— лица, жилье которых находится на территории ДНР, но было частично или полностью разрушено вследствие боевых действий;
— перемещенные лица, не имеющие жилья на территории ДНР.

“This was only the first, but really long-awaited step. I talk a lot with our displaced residents, people who have ended up in difficult life situations, and I think that it is first of all necessary to consolidate their status at the legislative level. The Office of the Commissioner has already submitted a draft law on internally displaced persons, I hope that soon it will be elaborated and will come into force.”
Recall that on December 25th Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin signed Order 152 On Implementation of Measures to Restore Public Housing for Subsequent Distribution among Certain Categories of People Affected by Hostilities.
According to the order, the following categories of recipients of repaired public housing are:
— families of dead (killed in battle) service members;
— families of service members who have no housing in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic;
— people whose housing located in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic have been completely or partially destroyed due to the ongoing hostilities;
— internally displaced people who have no housing in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
