Анализ ежедневных отчетов СММ ОБСЕ показывает, что на подконтрольной Киеву территории вдоль линии соприкосновения с НМ ДНР за последних 4 дня действующего перемирия количество военной техники вооруженных формирований Украины увеличилось практически в 9 раз. Об этом сообщает Представительство ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе.
Если с 29 декабря по 16 января наблюдателями было выявлено 13 единиц техники, то с 17 по 20 января вне мест хранения зафиксировано 113 единиц техники и вооружения, в том числе 40 танков, 18 РСЗО БМ-21 «Град», 60 единиц буксируемой и самоходной артиллерии, 7 ЗРК и 1 ПТРК.
Так, в отчете по состоянию на 17.01.2019 г. задокументировано прибытие ствольной и реактивной артиллерии ВФУ на железнодорожный вокзал Константиновки:
А в отчетах по состоянию на 18.01.2019 г. и 20.01.2019 г. наблюдатели СММ зафиксировали нахождение тяжелого вооружения и техники не только в Константиновке, но и в других населенных пунктах северного направления, в том числе в Артемовске (укр. Бахмут):
С момента вступления в силу обязательств по соблюдению всеобъемлющего, устойчивого и бессрочного режима прекращения огня в связи с новогодними и рождественскими праздниками ВФУ неоднократно нарушали условия перемирия, применяя вооружение, которое в соответствии с Минскими соглашениями должно находиться в местах хранения. Факты обнаружения техники ВФУ на железнодорожных станциях в очередной раз свидетельствуют, что украинская сторона заинтересована в дальнейшем обострении конфликта и нежелании соблюдать достигнутые ранее договоренности.

And in the reports dated January 18th, and January 20th, 2019, SMM monitors spotted the deployment of heavy weapons and equipment not only in Konstantinovka, but also in other localities in the northern direction, including in Artyomovsk (Ukr. Bakhmut).
Since the moment when the commitments to comply with the comprehensive, sustainable and indefinite ceasefire in connection with New Year and Christmas holidays came into effect, the AFU have repeatedly violated the terms of the truce by using weapons that were supposed to be at the storage sites in accordance with the Minsk Agreements. The facts of detection of AFU armaments at the railway stations once again show that the Ukrainian party is interested in further escalation of the conflict and unwillingness to comply with the agreements reached earlier.
