Минстрой ДНР предоставил свои предложения по завершению восстановительных работ на муниципальном физкультурно-спортивном комплексе «Олимп». Поручение прозвучало в ходе прямой линии от Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина. Предложения в среду, 30 января, обнародовал министр строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Сергей Наумец.
«Объект МФСК «Олимп» включен в 3-й этап восстановления, однако для полноценного функционирования объекта необходимо выполнить ряд дополнительных работ, в том числе обеспечить наружное энергоснабжение, отделку наружных фасадов и устройство вентиляции игрового зала. Работы по осуществлению внутренней отделки планируется завершить в конце июля текущего года», – рассказал министр.
Выполнение всех работ будет разбито на 2 очереди. «Первая очередь – завершение отделочных работ по части здания, где расположен игровой зал. Вторая очередь – восстановительные работы по части здания, где расположен бассейн», – подчеркнул руководитель Минстроя.
При этом Сергей Наумец отметил, что обеспечить выдачу необходимых технических условий по МФСК «Олимп» должна администрация города Шахтерска, а Республиканская дирекция капитального строительства обобщить и проанализировать информацию по объемам и стоимости остаточных работ.
The DPR Construction Ministry has submitted its proposals for the completion of restoration work at the Olimp municipal sports and physical training complex. The instruction was voiced during the live TV call-in show from Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin. Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities Sergey Naumets announced the proposals on Wednesday, January 30th.
“The facility Olimp municipal sports and physical training complex is included in the 3rd stage of restoration, but for the full functioning of the facility it is necessary to perform a number of additional works, including providing external power supply, finishing the external facades and ventilation of the game hall. The work on the implementation of interior decoration is scheduled for completion at the end of July this year,” the minister told.
All work will be broken down into 2 stages. “The first stage is the completion of finishing works on the part of the building where the game hall is located. The second stage is the restoration work on the part of the building where the pool is located,” the leader of the Construction Ministry stressed.
At the same time, Sergey Naumets noted that the administration of the town of Shakhtersk should ensure the issuance of the necessary technical conditions for the Olimp municipal sports and physical training complex, and the Republic Directorate for Capital Construction should summarize and analyze information on the amount and cost of residual work.
