Сегодня, 12 февраля, депутат Народного Совета ДНР Елена Шишкина в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР прокомментировала 4-летнюю годовщину подписания Комплекса мер по выполнению Минских соглашений (Минск-2), а также высказала личное мнение относительно его эффективности и результативности с момента принятия документа.
«Сегодня исполняется годовщина так называемого Минска-2 и принятия Комплекса мер по выполнению Минских соглашений, призванного урегулировать конфликт в Донбассе. Минские соглашения позволили не только остановить активные боевые действия на нашей территории, но и создать политическую площадку для переговоров.
Также очень символично, что годовщина Минских соглашений и профессиональный праздник дипломатов Донецкой Народной Республики выпадают почти на одни дни.
Ведь во многом именно благодаря высокому профессионализму нашей дипмиссии удалось добиться установления диалога и реализации ряда существенных мер по прекращению массовых обстрелов нашей территории и активных боевых действий.
Установление дипломатами ДНР целенаправленного курса на признание нашего государства помогло нам установить устойчивые связи с Российской Федерацией, Луганской Народной Республикой, Республикой Южная Осетия и Республикой Абхазия. Также был открыт ряд представительских центров ДНР в европейских странах, что является огромным прорывом для будущего установления дипломатических связей.
Надеюсь, что и в дальнейшем наши дипломаты будут также усердно трудиться для восстановления мира на территории нашей Республики, активно отстаивать интересы ДНР на дипломатическом уровне, укреплять имидж нашего молодого государства на международной арене», — подчеркнула Елена Шишкина.
Отметим, второй комплекс мер по деэскалации вооруженного конфликта между ЛДНР и Украиной в формате «нормандской четверки» был согласован во время саммита в столице Белоруссии Минске 11-12 февраля 2015 года президентами Германии, Франции, России и Украины.
Today, on February 12th, deputy of the DPR People’s Council Elena Shishkina, in an interview with a correspondent of the DPR official website, commented on the 4th anniversary of the signing of the Complex of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements (Minsk-2), and also expressed her personal opinion on its effectiveness and efficiency since the adoption of the document.
“Today marks the anniversary of the so-called Minsk-2 and the adoption of the Complex of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, designed to resolve the conflict in Donbass. The Minsk agreements allowed not only ceasing active hostilities in our territory, but also creating a political venue for negotiations.
It is also very symbolic that the anniversary of the Minsk Agreements and the professional holiday of diplomats of the Donetsk People’s Republic fall almost on the same day.
Indeed, it was largely thanks to the high professionalism of our diplomatic mission that we managed to establish a dialogue and implement a number of significant measures to stop the mass shelling of our territory and active hostilities.
The DPR diplomats establishing a task-oriented course towards the recognition of our state has helped us to establish stable relations with the Russian Federation, the Lugansk People’s Republic, the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Abkhazia. A number of DPR representative centers in European countries also opened up, which is a huge breakthrough in the future arrangement of diplomatic ties.
I hope that in the future our diplomats will continue to work diligently to reestablish peace in the territory of our Republic, actively defend the interests of the DPR at the diplomatic level, strengthen the image of our young state in the international arena,” Elena Shishkina stressed.
We note that the second set of measures to deescalate the armed conflict between the DPR, the LPR and Ukraine in the format of the Normandy Four was agreed on during the summit in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, on February 11th and 12th, 2015, by the presidents of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine.
