Четыре года назад был подписан Комплекс мер по выполнению Минских соглашений, предусматривающий «незамедлительное и всеобъемлющее прекращение огня в отдельных районах Донецкой и Луганской областей Украины и его строгое выполнение». Текущую ситуацию выполнения данных соглашений сегодня, 12 февраля, корреспондентам официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики прокомментировал Председатель Народного Совета ДНР Владимир Бидевка.
«Минские соглашения, так называемый Минск-2, были заключены в тяжелом для нашей Республики 2015 году, и определяющим фактором в этот период стало то, что они были поддержаны в Совете безопасности ООН, той организации, которая призвана отвечать «за мир во всем мире». На сегодняшний день комплекс мер по выполнению Минских соглашений фактически является единственным документом для мирного урегулирования конфликта с Украиной. К сожалению, мы должны признать, что Украина пытается под тем или иным предлогом сорвать выполнение Минских соглашений, уйти от ответственности, которые она на себя принимала, согласованные на международном уровне. Наша Республика, как и ЛНР, напротив, пытается сделать все для того, чтобы Минск был выполнен. Потому что мы знаем цену миру и мы хотим его добиться.
Нужно признать, что люди часто задают вопрос: что дает нам Минск и нужен ли он нам? На сегодняшний день мы можем четко говорить о том, что количество обстрелов значительно сократилось. Мы ушли от «горячей стадии» войны. Мы не пришли к миру, но каждая спасенная жизнь уже оправдывает этот документ. И далее мы будем идти дипломатическим путем. Уверен, что как бы Украина не выкручивалась, мы добьемся того, чтобы вести нормальные конструктивные переговоры», — сказал Владимир Бидевка.
The Complex of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk Agreements was signed four years ago, providing for “an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in certain territories of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine and its strict implementation”. On February 12th, Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka commented for correspondents of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic on the current situation with the implementation of these agreements today.
“The Minsk Agreements, the so-called Minsk-2, were concluded in the hard year for our Republic, and the determining factor in this period was the fact that they were supported by the UN Security Council, the organization that is supposed to be responsible for “peace on Earth”. To date, the Complex of Measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, in fact, is the only document for peaceful settlement of the conflict with Ukraine. Unfortunately, we have to admit that Ukraine tries, on some pretext or other, to thwart the implementation of the Minsk Agreements, to disclaim the responsibility that it assumed, which was agreed upon at the international level. Our Republic, like the LPR, on the contrary, makes every effort to ensure that the Minsk is implemented. Because we know at what price peace comes, and we want to achieve it.
We have to admit that people often ask the question: what does the Minsk give us and do we need it? To date, we can definitely claim that the number of attacks has decreased significantly. We have left the “hot phase” of the war. We have not reestablished peace yet, but each saved life justifies this document. And we will continue following the path of diplomacy. I am sure that, no matter how Ukraine gets away with it, we will achieve normal and constructive negotiations,” Vladimir Bidyovka said.
