В столице Республики 14 февраля прошло собрание актива ОД «Донецкая Республика», в ходе которого были подведены промежуточные итоги работы движения и обозначены направления дальнейшей деятельности. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, мероприятие посетил Глава Республики Денис Пушилин.
«Мы с вами очень многое сделали в процессе формирования фундамента общественного движения, и сегодня перед нами стоят очень амбициозные задачи. Я в вас уверен, знаю, на что вы способны, и в более тяжкие периоды вы справлялись с поставленными задачами.
Сейчас хотелось бы акцентировать внимание на более тесном взаимодействии с нашими гражданами, вы должны укреплять ту нить, которая сформировалась между властью и жителями Республики. Ни в коем случае нельзя допустить отрыва власти от людей. Мы сейчас должны понимать всю проблематику граждан, и я хочу, чтобы решение этих вопросов становилось первоочередной задачей. Очень важно своевременно выявлять проблемы и правильно расставлять приоритеты. И эта задача лежит на вас», — обратился к присутствующим Глава Республики.
Говоря о результатах реорганизации Центрального исполкома ОД «ДР», Денис Пушилин отметил эффективность нового подхода в назначении глав городов и районов секретарями местных отделений общественного движения.
С отчетами о проделанной работе выступили заместители руководителя исполкома, ответственные за различные направления работы движения, а также руководитель общественного штаба по прифронтовым районам при ОД «ДР» Екатерина Мартьянова.
«С начала деятельности общественного штаба помощь получили более 6 тысяч семей, проживающих на линии разграничения. За отчетный период, с начала февраля, проведено более 20 мероприятий. Так, при поддержке Главы ДНР дети отправились в Тулу и Москву. Еще одним значимым мероприятием стала выдача бытовых наборов матерям-одиночкам Ясиноватского района. В следующем месяце эта работа будет продолжена. Продолжаются и приемы депутатами, за 2 недели к ним обратились более 50 человек.
Что касается «Народного контроля», мы сейчас контролируем не только правила торговли. Работа выходит на новый уровень, мы берем под контроль и проблемы в сфере ЖКХ. И я призываю секретарей местных отделений к взаимодействию», — рассказала Екатерина Мартьянова.
С докладом по структурному развитию движения выступила замруководителя Центрального исполкома ОД «ДР» Елена Радомская: «С начала 2019 года наши ряды пополнились почти на 3 тысячи человек, это стало возможным благодаря нашей командной работе. За 2 недели февраля численность возросла примерно на 400 человек. Кроме того, ведется работа с базой данных. Она подключена на местах, обрабатываются архивные документы, также создана АТС для обзвона участников движения.
Ведется и работа с секретарями с целью выявления лучшего отделения. Хотелось бы в очередной раз поблагодарить тройку лидеров – Старобешево, Макеевка и Донецк. Призываю остальные отделения присоединиться к активной работе».
Замруководителя исполкома Евгения Коринец подвела итоги работы по организационному направлению. «С 1 по 13 февраля нами проведено 328 мероприятий, участие в которых приняли 16 139 человек. Хотелось бы отметить наиболее крупные из них, посвященные второй годовщине со дня смерти Героя ДНР Михаила Толстых. Мы провели митинг памяти в Иловайске и почтили память героя на кладбище в Донецке, куда пришли более 2 тысяч человек. Также 12 февраля был организован митинг по случаю 101-й годовщины провозглашения Донецко-Криворожской Республики.
Мне бы хотелось пригласить всех на мероприятие, которое состоится 15 февраля в парке им. Ленинского комсомола, посвященное 30-летию вывода войск из Афганистана. Кроме того, 19 февраля пройдет памятное мероприятие в Дебальцево, по случаю годовщины освобождения города», — отметила она.
Отчет о деятельности общественных приемных ОД «ДР» представил замруководителя исполкома Сергей Кондрыкинский: «Согласно поручению Главы Республики о необходимости выстраивания более тесного диалога с гражданами все жители теперь могут обращаться напрямую на сайт, минуя общественные приемные, подавать заявки, с которыми в дальнейшем мы будем работать.
На последнем совещании у нас на контроле было 794 обращения, за текущий период обработано свыше 633 заявок. За период с 7 по 14 февраля к нам обратились 282 человека, решено 50 вопросов. Предоставлено 159 консультаций гражданам. Основные вопросы связаны с системой ЖКХ и ремонтом кровли, есть обращения по социальным выплатам, экономическим вопросам и трудоустройству».
О достижениях в медийном направлении рассказала замруководителя ЦИ ОД «ДР» Ирина Байдацкая. «В первую очередь хочу поблагодарить все отделения, которые оперативно выполнили поручение по усилению мер и привлечению активистов, увеличению охвата аудитории на наших медиа-ресурсах. Наша главная задача сегодня – сделать все для того, чтобы источниками самой оперативной и значимой информации стали именно наши ресурсы. Акцент – на газету, тираж на сегодня составляет 58 тысяч экземпляров еженедельно.
С 12 февраля дан старт акции по изготовлению награды украинскому президенту – «Медали Иуды». Сбор материалов осуществляется в общественных приемных. Это должны быть осколки, которые хранятся в семьях, но самое главное – это история осколка, которая поможет сформировать список преступлений против нашего населения», — подчеркнула она.
В завершение собрания Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин призвал актив движения к выстраиванию более плотного взаимодействия с гражданами, организациями и ведомствами Республики.
«По поводу интеграционной программы – нужно наладить более тесное взаимодействие с Русским центром, выходить с инициативами. Есть более 20 российских регионов, с которыми мы работаем.
Кроме того, хотелось бы добиться понимания в том, кто такой активист общественного движения. Прежде всего, это человек, который хочет находиться в центре принятия решений. На этом нужно делать акцент. Важно осознавать, что мы строим Республику, создаем инструменты, выстраиваем многие аспекты нашей жизни. И здесь все зависит от позиции граждан, которые формируют принятие решений. У нас для этого есть все возможности», — подытожил он.
In the capital of the Republic, on February 14th, there was a meeting of the core group of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement, where they summed up interim results of the movement’s work and outlined directions for further activities. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, Head of the Republic Denis Pushilin visited the event.
“We have done a lot in the process of forming the foundation of the public movement, and today we face very ambitious tasks. I trust in you, I know what you are capable of, and during more difficult periods you coped with the tasks set.
Now I would like to focus on closer interaction with our citizens, you should strengthen the ties that have been formed between the government and the residents of the Republic. We should not let the separation of the power and the people happen in any case. We now need to understand all the problems of citizens, and I want the solution of these issues to become a priority. It is very important to identify problems in a timely manner and prioritize properly. And this task is entrusted to you,” the Head of the Republic addressed those present.
Speaking about the results of the reorganization of the Central Executive Committee of the DR PM, Denis Pushilin commended the effectiveness of the new approach in appointing the mayors of cities, towns and districts as secretaries of local branches of the public movement.
The deputy heads of the executive committee responsible for various areas of the movement’s work, as well as Ekaterina Martyanova, the head of the public headquarters for frontline territories affairs affiliated with the DR PM, reported on the work done.
“Since the beginning of the activities of the public headquarters, more than 6 thousand families living at the line of separation have received aid. During the reporting period, since early February, more than 20 events have been held. Therefore, with the support of the Head of the DPR, the children went to Tula and Moscow. Another significant event was the issuance of household kits to single mothers of Yasinovatsky District. Next month, this work will continue. The deputies have continued the receptions, over 2 weeks more than 50 people have turned to them.
As for the People’s Control, we now control not only the rules of trade. Work goes to a new level, we take control also of the problems in the housing and public utilities sector. And I urge the secretaries of the local branches to interact,” Ekaterina Martyanova told.
Deputy head of the Central Executive Committee of the DR PM Elena Radomskaya made a report on the structural development of the movement, “Since early 2019, almost 3,000 people have joined our ranks, this has become possible thanks to our teamwork. For 2 weeks in February, the number has increased by about 400 people. In addition, work on the database is ongoing. It has been launched locally, archival documents are being processed, and an automatic telephone station has been created to ring round members of the movement.
Joint work with the secretaries is also ongoing in order to identify the best local office. I would like to once again thank the top-3 leaders: Starobeshevo, Makeyevka and Donetsk. I urge the rest of the offices to join the active work.”
Deputy head of the executive committee Evgenia Korinets summed up the work on the organizational subject. “Between February 1st and February 13th, we held 328 events, in which 16,139 people took part. I would like to mention the largest of them, dedicated to the second anniversary of the death of Hero of the DPR Mikhail Tolstykh. We held a memorial rally in Ilovaisk and honored the hero’s memory at the cemetery in Donetsk, where more than 2 thousand people came to. Also on February 12th, a rally was organized on the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the proclamation of the Donetsk-Krivoy Rog Republic.
I would like to invite everyone to the event, which will be held on February 15th in Lenin Komsomol Park, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the military disengagement in Afghanistan. In addition, a memorial event will be held on February 19th in Debaltsevo, on the occasion of the anniversary of the liberation of the town,” she noted.
Deputy head of the executive committee Sergey Kondrykinsky made a report on the activities of DR PM public reception offices. “According to the instruction of the Head of the Republic about the need to arrange a closer dialogue with citizens, all residents can now directly contact us on the website, bypassing the public reception offices, submit applications with which we will work further.
At the last meeting, we had had 794 applications under control, over 633 applications have been processed during the current period. Between February 7th and February 14th, 282 people contacted us, 50 issues were resolved. 159 pieces of advice have been provided to citizens. The main issues were related to the housing and public utilities system and roof repair, there were appeals regarding social benefits, economic issues and employment.”
Deputy head of the DR PM Central Executive Committee Irina Baydatskaya reported on the achievements in the sphere of media. “First of all, I would like to thank all the branches that promptly fulfilled the task of strengthening measures and involving the activists, increasing the audience coverage on our media resources. Our main task today is to do everything so that our resources become the sources of the most timely and relevant information. The emphasis is on the newspaper, whose circulation for today is 58 thousand copies weekly.
Since February 12th, a campaign has been started on making the “Medal of Judas”, an award for the Ukrainian president. The collection of material for it is carried out at public reception offices. It supposed to be shell fragments that are kept in families, but the most important thing is the story of a particular fragment, which will help to form the list of crimes committed against our population,” she stressed.
At the end of the meeting, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin called on the movement’s activists to arrange closer interaction with citizens, organizations and institutions of the Republic.
“Regarding the integration program, we need to establish closer cooperation with the Russian Center, suggest initiatives. We work jointly with more than 20 Russian regions.
In addition, we would like to get an understanding of who an activist of the public movement is. First of all, this is a person who wants to be in the center of decision-making. This should be emphasized. It is important to realize that we are building the Republic, creating tools, forming many aspects of our life. And here everything depends on the standpoint of the citizens who make decisions. We have all the possibilities for that,” he concluded.
