В столице Республики 21 февраля состоялась презентация социального проекта «Умная школа ДНР», направленного на обеспечение безопасности в учреждениях образования. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, соответствующая система контроля доступа была разработана по инициативе Министерства связи Республики.
«Проект подразумевает систему контроля доступа учеников. Более того, это будет определенная база, которая может упростить отношения между учащимися и административными сферами города. Очень рады, что пилотный проект будет реализован с друзьями из Докучаевска, они очень быстро откликнулись, сейчас тестируем систему. В идеале мы видим своего рода школьную платформу, куда мы сможем завести не только систему контроля доступа и систему взаиморасчетов, в дальнейшем мы придем к электронным дневникам. Соответственно, родители будут больше видеть и участвовать в жизни своих детей», — рассказал министр связи Виктор Яценко.
Руководитель Минсвязи отметил, что в настоящее время ведется разработка необходимых для внедрения системы нормативных правовых актов.
«Прежде всего система направлена на обеспечение безопасности в школах. Это организация контроля доступа, обязательное СМС-информирование родителей о приходе и уходе детей из школы, планируем в дальнейшем организовать информирование об успеваемости учеников. «Изюминка» проекта – это возможность оплаты школьного питания. Сегодня мы представляем контроллер доступа, ключевой особенностью является применение уникальных карточек учащегося. При поднесении ее к турникету осуществляется доступ в учреждение, родителю в этот момент приходит уведомление. Еще одна особенность – этот контроллер может работать в автономном режиме. Также мы реализовали телеграмм-бот, с помощью которого родители также имеют возможность получать уведомления.
Немаловажно, что родители уже могут пользоваться личным кабинетом», — пояснил руководитель ГП «Тримоб» Дмитрий Морган.
В тестовом режиме проект планируется запустить в текущем году в нескольких школах Докучаевска.
«Подобные проекты уже реализуются в Российской Федерации и других странах, их эффективность уже доказана. Главное, что родители могут быть информированы о том, где находится ребенок, можно будет контролировать и успеваемость, домашние задания, успехи детей.
В последующие 3 месяца мы будем запускать этот проект вместе с администрацией Докучаевска в городских школах. Тестовые этапы должны пройти до конца этого учебного года, а с 1 сентября попробуем запустить систему в Докучаевске в качестве пилотного варианта. Возможно, потом программа будет распространяться в других городах и районах», — подытожил заместитель министра образования и науки Андрей Удовенко.

“The project means the system of access control of school students. Moreover, it will be a certain base, which can simplify the relationship between school students and administrative spheres of a city. We are very pleased that the pilot project will be implemented with the friends from Dokuchayevsk, they responded very quickly, we are now testing the system. Ideally, we see a kind of school platform, where we can get not only an access control system and a settlement system, in the future we will come to electronic diaries. Accordingly, parents will be able to see more and be more involved in the lives of their children,” Minister of Communications Viktor Yatsenko told.
The chief of the Ministry of Communications noted that currently the development of the regulatory legal acts necessary for the implementation of the system is ongoing.
“First of all, the system is aimed at ensuring security and safety at schools. This is the organization of access control, obligatory SMS-informing parents about the arrival and leaving of children from school; we plan to organize further informing about a school student performance. The “highlight” of the project is the ability to pay for school meals. Today we present an access controller, the key feature is the use of unique school student cards. When you bring it to the turnstile, access is made to the institution, the parent at this point receives a notification. Another feature is that the controller can work autonomously. We also implemented a telegram-bot, through which parents also have the opportunity to receive notifications.
It is important that parents can already use the personal account,” chief of the Trimob State Enterprise Dmitry Morgan explained.
In the test mode, the project is planned to be launched this year at several schools of Dokuchayevsk.
“Similar projects are already being implemented in the Russian Federation and other countries, their effectiveness has already been proven. The main thing that parents can be informed about where the child is, it will be possible to monitor children’s performance, homework, successes.
In the next 3 months, we will launch this project together with the administration of Dokuchayevsk at urban schools. The test stages should be completed before the end of this academic year, and starting September 1st, we will try to launch the system in Dokuchayevsk as a pilot option. Perhaps then the program will be distributed in other cities, towns and districts,” Deputy Minister of Education and Science Andrei Udovenko summed up.
