18 апреля в Донецке пройдет круглый стол представителей РП «Энергия Донбасса» и образовательных учреждений, занимающихся подготовкой специалистов для энергетической отрасли, сообщает пресс-служба Минуглеэнерго.
В рамках мероприятия запланировано обсуждение ряда вопросов, касающихся подготовки кадров, кадровой политики предприятия, дальнейшего трудоустройства молодых специалистов в «Энергии Донбасса», а также:
— совместное сотрудничество в рамках школа — вуз — предприятие;
— участие РП «Энергия Донбасса» в формировании тематики курсовых и дипломных работ, проектов студентов. Закрепление за студентом в период написания дипломной работы специалиста предприятия;
— участие специалистов «Энергии Донбасса» в комиссии при защите дипломных работ и пр.
Руководство ДНР и Министерство угля и энергетики особое внимание уделяют трудоустройству молодых специалистов на предприятиях Республики. Во время своего визита на Старобешевскую ТЭС в сентябре 2018 года Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин в ходе обсуждения кадровой политики предприятия дал ряд распоряжений, касающихся тесного взаимодействия теплоэлектростанции с профильными вузами и подготовки квалифицированных кадров для энергетической отрасли. На сегодняшний день все предприятия угледобывающей и энергетической промышленности, в том числе и подразделения РП «Энергия Донбасса», ведут активную работу по привлечению молодых специалистов.
On April 18th in Donetsk, there will be a roundtable meeting of representatives of Energiya Donbassa Republic Enterprise and educational institutions involved in the training of specialists for the energy industry, the press service of the Ministry of Coal and Energy reports.
As part of the event they will discuss a number of issues related to the training of personnel, personnel policy of the enterprise, further employment of recent graduates in Energiya Donbassa, as well as:
— joint cooperation in terms of school — university — enterprise;
— participation of Energiya Donbassa Republic Enterprise in drafting the subject of students’ term papers and graduation theses, their projects. Assigning a specialist of the enterprise to a student working on his graduation thesis;
— participation of Energiya Donbassa specialists in the commission during graduation paper presentation, etc.
The leadership of the DPR and the Ministry of Coal and Energy pay particular attention to the employment of recent graduates in enterprises of the Republic. During his visit to the Starobeshevo thermal power station in September 2018, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, during the discussion of the personnel policy of the enterprise, gave a number of instructions concerning the close cooperation of the thermal power station with specialized higher education establishments and the training of qualified personnel for the energy industry. To date, all enterprises of the coal mining and energy industries, including the branches of Energiya Donbassa Republic Enterprise, carry out active work on the recruitment of recent graduates.
