По поручению Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина Министерством транспорта ДНР ведется постоянный контроль за ходом работ по восстановлению ДФСК «Локомотив» в Дебальцево, поэтому сегодня, 23 апреля, министр транспорта ДНР Дмитрий Подлипанов посетил с проверкой спорткомплекс. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики, основные работы практически завершены, к майским праздникам спорткомплекс откроет свои двери для жителей города.
«Жители Дебальцево обратились к Главе ДНР с просьбой о восстановлении единственного в городе спортивного комплекса — ДФСК «Локомотив». К тому времени уже был проведен ряд работ, а именно в 2016-2018 годах были выполнены работы по восстановлению кровли, оконных и дверных блоков, восстановлена кирпичная кладка стен, системы отопления и водоснабжения, выполнены утепление и отделка.
Глава Республики дал нам поручение пересмотреть сроки завершения строительных работ и ускорить восстановление спорткомплекса. Поэтому, уже к майским праздникам, мы планируем запустить ряд спортивных залов комплекса, которые готовы к эксплуатации, а именно тренажерный, боксерский, фитнес и игровой залы. Поскольку данный спорткомплекс является единственным в городе, он будет открыт для всех жителей Дебальцево», — подчеркнул Дмитрий Подлипанов.
По словам генерального директора ГП «Донецкая железная дорога» Владимира Кабация, на данный момент специалистами ДЖД проведена установка системы вентиляции, выполнена внутренняя отделка холла, спортивных залов и вспомогательных помещений — туалетов, душевых, раздевалок, подсобных комнат, а впереди серьезный этап — восстановление чаши бассейна.
«Реконструкция спорткомплекса «Локомотив» станции Дебальцево выполняется Донецкой железной дорогой за собственные средства. Комплекс является единственным в городе и имеет большое значение для жителей. Сейчас ДФСК готов почти на 90%, кроме бассейна и зала водоподготовки. После запуска спорткомплекса железнодорожники и их дети будут заниматься бесплатно, для остальных жителей города предусмотрена символическая плата», — добавил он.
Напомним, ДФСК «Локомотив» является единственным в Дебальцево спортивным учреждением. Спорткомплекс серьезно пострадал во время боевых действий 2014-2015 годов — здание было разрушено более чем на 50% и непригодно к эксплуатации. Повреждения получили кровля, стены и практически не осталось целых стекол.

According to a correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the main work has been almost done, the sports complex will have opened up for the residents of the town by the May holidays.
“Residents of Debaltsevo appealed to the Head of the DPR with a request to restore the only sports complex in the town — Lokomotiv physical training and sports club. By that time, a number of works had already been carried out, namely, between 2016 and 2018, works were carried out to fix the roof, window and door units, the brickwork of the walls, the heating and water supply systems were repaired, the insulation and finishing were carried out.
The Head of the Republic instructed us to reconsider the deadlines for the completion of the construction work and speed up the repair of the sports complex. Therefore, already by the May holidays, we plan to open a number of gyms in the complex, which are ready for operation, namely, training, boxing, fitness and gaming facilities. Since this sports complex is the only one in the town, it will open up for all residents of Debaltsevo,” Dmitry Podlipanov stressed.
According to general director of Donetsk Railway State Enterprise Vladimir Kabatsiy, at the moment, the specialists of Donetsk Railway have installed the ventilation system, completed the interior furnishing of the hall, gyms and auxiliary facilities: restrooms, showers, changing rooms, utility rooms, and there is a serious step ahead — repairing the pool basin.
“Reconstruction of the Lokomotiv sport complex at the Debaltsevo station is carried out by Donetsk Railway at its own expense. The complex is the only one in the town and is of great importance to the residents. Now the sports complex is almost 90% ready, except for the swimming pool and the water treatment room. After the startup of the sports complex, the railway workers and their children will be able to attend it for free, for the rest of the citizens it will be available at a nominal fee,” he added.
We remind the Lokomotiv physical training and sports club is the only sports facility in Debaltsevo. The sports complex was seriously damaged during the hostilities between 2014 and 2015 — the building was destroyed by more than 50% and was unfit for operation. The roof and walls were damaged; almost no windows remained unbroken.
