Командование ООС продолжает заниматься самопиаром, говорится в заявлении официального представителя УНМ ДНР Эдуарда Басурина.
“Как мы и ожидали, к годовщине изменения формата так называемой АТО на ООС горе-полководец Наев разродился очередным «сенсационным» заявлением о мнимых достижениях, подчиненных ему ВФУ и о своей роли в этом.
По словам Наева, украинские войска якобы опять продвинулись вперед и «освободили» территорию в 24 квадратных километра, в том числе три населенных пункта.
Наев не в первый раз прямо в ходе интервью для СМИ проводит «успешные наступательные операции». Мы уже слышали его бравурные заявления о 15 и 20 «освобожденных» квадратных километрах, теперь эта цифра увеличилась еще на 4 квадратных километра.
Говоря о населенных пунктах Южное, Шумы и хуторе Вольный, Наев забывает упомянуть, что они расположены в «серой» зоне. Их якобы «захват» был продуманной пиар-акцией украинского командования, в ходе которой украинские силовики на время с боем зашли на окраины, понесли многочисленные потери и покинули их, после чего заявляли о мнимых «победах».
Отмечу, что руководство ОБСЕ и лидеры западных стран не раз призывали Украину отвести силы и средства от линии соприкосновения, увеличив тем самым межпозиционное пространство и снизив напряженность. Однако украинское военное командование, напротив, стремится занять «серую» зону, чем только провоцирует возобновление горячей фазы конфликта.
Накануне годовщины украинские военнослужащие из 35-й бригады морской пехоты и 79-й десантно-штурмовой бригады по приказу Наева пытались занять участок «серой» зоны на Мариупольском направлении, после чего планировали заявить об очередной «героической победе украинского войска». Однако пиар-акция Наева провалилась. Диверсанты понесли потери. Тщеславие Наева дорого обошлось украинским войскам — 5 погибших и 8 раненых.
Из реальных «достижений» украинских вооруженных формирований можно назвать систематические обстрелы объектов гражданской инфраструктуры, мирных граждан и их домов. Под обстрелами украинских силовиков практически ежедневно находятся Донецкая фильтровальная станция и Васильевская насосная станция первого подъема Южно-Донбасского водовода. Сегодняшний день — не исключение. По территории ДФС украинскими военными 93-й бригады было выпущено 8 мин калибр 120 мм.
В последнее время по указанию Наева украинские снайперы и расчеты противотанковых управляемых комплексов сконцентрировались на прицельных обстрелах по мирным гражданам и жилым домам. Это обстрел Петровского района с помощью ПТУР, ранение мирной жительницы Александровки. В апреле в прицел украинских снайперов попали и журналисты российского телеканала.
Еще одно «достижение» Наева, действительно заслуживающее внимания, — это успешная, без преувеличения, борьба с беспилотными летательными аппаратами миссии ОБСЕ. Препятствуя работе наблюдателей, командующий украинским силами отдал указание на применение средств радиоэлектронной борьбы и всех видов вооружения для уничтожения беспилотнтиков миссии. В апреле действия ВФУ привели к крушению двух беспилотных летательных аппаратов дальнего и среднего радиуса действия. Четыре раза из стрелкового оружия украинскими военными обстреляны беспилотники ОБСЕ малого радиуса действия.
Мы располагаем информацией, которую действительно стоило бы озвучить украинскому командованию и не скрывать ее от своего народа. Укомплектованность бригад в зоне боевых действий не превышает 50 процентов. Солдаты бегут от своих командиров по домам или же прячутся по госпиталям под любыми предлогами. Потери ВСУ за период непосредственного командования Наевым составили 219 человек убитыми
и 844 ранеными, выведено из строя 73 единицы гусеничной и колесной техники в связи с самоподрывами на своих же минных полях и по вине горе-командиров, которые не смогли обучить личный состав. Количество дезертиров ежедневно растет. Дезертировавшими и пропавшими числятся 1252 военнослужащих.
Возникает закономерный вопрос – верят ли жители Украины в эту пропаганду, которую ведет военно-политическое руководство страны? Скорее всего — нет, ведь украинские СМИ освещают только те свидетельства, которые им выгодны, тем самым наращивая антироссийскую кампанию”, — заявил Басурин.

According to Nayev, the Ukrainian troops have allegedly advanced again and “liberated” a territory of 24 square kilometers, including three populated localities.
It’s not for the first time that Nayev, in the course of an interview for the media, carried out “successful offensive operations”. We have already heard his stirring statements about 15 and 20 “liberated” square kilometers, now this number has increased by another 4 square kilometers.
Speaking about Yuzhnoye, Shumy and the village of Volny, Nayev forgets to mention that they are located in the “gray zone”. Their alleged “seizure” was a thought-out PR stunt from the Ukrainian command, during which the Ukrainian militants temporarily entered the outskirts, suffered numerous losses and left them, after which they trumpeted the alleged “victories”.
I will note that the leadership of the OSCE and the leaders of the Western countries have repeatedly urged Ukraine to withdraw forces and means from the contact line, thereby increasing the interposition space and reducing tension. However, the Ukrainian military command, on the contrary, seeks to occupy the “gray zone”, which only provokes the resumption of the hot phase of the conflict.
On the eve of the anniversary, the Ukrainian military from the 35th marine brigade and the 79th airborne assault brigade, by Nayev’s order, attempted to seize a section of the “gray zone” in the Mariupol direction, after which they planned to declare yet another “heroic victory of the Ukrainian army”. However, Nayev’s PR campaign had failed. The commandos suffered losses. The Ukrainian troops paid a high price for Naev’s vanity: 5 dead and 8 wounded.
Among the real “achievements” of the Ukrainian armed formations, there might be systematic attacks on civil infrastructure facilities, civilians and their houses. The Donetsk Filter Station and the Vasilyevka first-stage pumping station of the Yuzhnodonbassky main come under fire of the Ukrainian militants almost daily. Today is no exception. The Ukrainian military from the 93rd brigade fired 8 mortar shells of 120mm caliber on the territory of the DFS.
Recently, at the instruction from Nayev, Ukrainian snipers and crews of anti-tank guided missile systems have turned their focus toward targeting civilians and residential buildings. There was an attack on Petrovsky District with an ATGM; a female civilian was wounded in Aleksandrovka. In April, journalists of a Russian TV channel also walked into the Ukrainian snipers’ crosshairs.
Nayev’s another “achievement”, which really deserves attention, is the successful, without exaggeration, fight against unmanned aerial vehicles of the OSCE Mission. In order to obstruct the work of the monitors, the commander of the Ukrainian forces instructed that electronic warfare means and all types of weapons be used for destroying the Mission’s unmanned aircraft. In April, the actions of the AFU resulted in the crash of two long-range and medium-range unmanned aerial vehicles. The Ukrainian military attacked small-range OSCE drones four times with small arms.
We have obtained information that the Ukrainian commanders really should have announced rather than concealed it from their nation. The staffing of the brigades in the combat zone does not exceed 50 percent. The soldiers are fleeing from their commanders to their homes or hiding in hospitals under any pretext. Losses of the AFU for the period of Nayevs’s direct command have numbered 219 people killed and 844 wounded, 73 units of tracked and wheeled vehicles have been set out of operation because of blowing up on their own minefields and through the fault of the failed commanders, who were not capable of training the personnel. The number of deserters grows daily. 1252 service members are listed as deserters or missing.
A fair question arises — whether the Ukrainians believe in this propaganda, which is played out by the military-political leadership of the country? Most likely they do not, because the Ukrainian media covers only the evidence that they can take advantage of, thereby stepping up the anti-Russian campaign,” Basurin stated.
