При содействии Русского центра делегация из ДНР примет участие в конференции «Сотрудничество регионов России и Донбасса. Перспективы развития», которая пройдет в Подмосковье с 16 по 18 мая. Основной темой конференции станет подведение итогов реализации интеграционной программы Донбасса с Российской Федерацией в 2018 году, а также обсуждение и планирование работы в 2019 году.
В состав делегации вошли 22 человека, представляющих органы государственной власти ДНР, сферы здравоохранения, образования и науки, культуры и искусства, спорта и молодежи Республики. Делегацию возглавил Глава ДНР, руководитель Русского центра Денис Пушилин.
В рамках конференции будут работать секции «Взаимодействие научного сообщества и институтов гражданского общества как значимый фактор в укреплении межрегиональных связей России и Донбасса», «Совместное участие некоммерческих организаций РФ и Донбасса в развитии общественной дипломатии», «Развитие сотрудничества России и Донбасса в социокультурной сфере».
В ходе конференции делегаты выступят с докладами, среди них: ректор Донецкого национального университета экономики и торговли имени М. Туган-Барановского Светлана Дрожжина с докладом о практической подготовке студентов системы ВПО в условиях интеграции в образовательное пространство РФ; ректор Донецкой академии управления и государственной службы при Главе ДНР Лариса Костровец – «Реализация путей взаимодействия научного сообщества и гражданского общества через функционирование Общественной палаты ДНР».
Руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «Донецкая Республика» Алексей Муратов расскажет о роли общественного движения в реализации общественной дипломатии и интеграции ДНР в РФ. С докладом о деятельности Русского центра выступит его исполнительный директор Елена Евсеева. Руководитель ОО «Молодая Республика», депутат Кирилл Макаров расскажет о деятельности возглавляемой им организации как участнице интеграционных процессов Российской Федерации и Донбасса в сфере молодежной политики. Гендиректор и худрук Донецкой государственной академической филармонии Александр Парецкий выступит с докладом «Музыкальное искусство Донецкой Народной Республики в контексте интеграционных процессов Россия – Донбасс».
В ходе мероприятия также планируется обсудить вопросы сотрудничества научного сообщества, институтов гражданского общества, некоммерческих организаций и в социокультурной сфере.
With the assistance of the Russian Center, a delegation from the DPR will take part in the conference on the topic of “Cooperation of the Regions of Russia and Donbass. Development Prospects”, which will last in the Moscow region from May 16th to 18th. The main topic of the conference will involve summing up the implementation of the integration program of Donbass with the Russian Federation in 2018, as well as discussing and planning work in 2019.
The delegation joined 22 people who represent the government bodies of the DPR, the spheres of health care, education and science, culture and arts, sports and youth of the Republic. Head of the DPR and the Russian Center Denis Pushilin led the delegation.
The conference will include the following subpanels: “Interaction of the scientific community and civil society institutions as a significant factor in strengthening interregional relations between Russia and Donbass”, “Joint participation of non-profit organizations of the Russian Federation and Donbass in the development of public diplomacy”, “Development of cooperation between Russia and Donbass in the socio-cultural sphere” .
During the conference, the delegates will make reports, among them: rector of Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after M. Tugan-Baranovsky Svetlana Drozhzhina with a report on the practical training of students of the system of higher education in the context of integration into the educational space of the Russian Federation; rector of Donetsk Academy of Management and Public Service under the Head of the DPR Larisa Kostrovets with a report on the topic of “Implementation of ways of interaction between the scientific community and civil society via the functioning of the Public Chamber of the DPR”.
Chief of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic public Movement Alexey Muratov will speak on the role of the public movement in the implementation of public diplomacy and the integration of the DPR into the Russian Federation. Its executive director Elena Evseyeva will make a report on the activities of the Russian Center. Chief of the Young Republic public organization, deputy Kirill Makarov will speak about the activities of the organization he heads as a participant in the integration processes of the Russian Federation and Donbass in the sphere of youth policy. General director and artistic director of the Donetsk State Academic Philharmonic Society Alexander Paretsky will make a report on the “Musical art of the Donetsk People’s Republic in the context of the Russia-Donbass integration processes”.
During the event, it is also planned to discuss the issues of cooperation of the scientific community, civil society institutions and non-profit organizations and in the socio-cultural sphere.
