О приоритетности выполнения 5 пункта Минских соглашений, а также о необходимости изменения подхода к переговорам украинской стороны рассказала уполномоченный по правам человека Дарья Морозова в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта.
«За последнюю неделю, после инаугурации президента Украины Владимира Зеленского, произошли некоторые изменения, и прежде всего это смена переговорщиков процесса. Мы ожидаем назначения новых уполномоченных для продолжения переговорного процесса. Соглашения предусматривали 2 главные цели: любыми путями прекратить военные действия в Донбассе, которые, к сожалению, продолжаются, и обмен пленных. Работа в данной гуманитарной подгруппе была полностью заблокирована. Информация о списках устаревшая. Мы хотим уйти от ошибок, которые присутствовали в предыдущих соглашениях, и будем требовать полного закрытия уголовных дел. чтоб на территории Украины больше не было никакого уголовного и политического преследования», — рассказа омбудсмен.
In an exclusive interview with a correspondent of the official website, Human Rights Commissioner Darya Morozova told about the priority of the implementation of paragraph 5 of the Minsk agreements, as well as the need to change the Ukrainian side’s approach to the negotiations.
“Over the last week, after the inauguration of president of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, some changes have happened, and above all this is the change of the negotiators of the process. We look forward to the appointment of new plenipotentiaries to continue the negotiation process. The agreements provided for 2 main objectives: ceasing hostilities in Donbass by any means, which, unfortunately, continue, and the exchange of war prisoners. Work in this humanitarian subgroup has been completely disrupted. Information on the lists is outdated. We want to avoid the mistakes that the previous agreements consisted, and we will demand the complete closure of criminal cases, so that there is no longer any criminal and political prosecution in the territory of Ukraine,” the ombudsperson told.
