В воскресенье, 2 июня, в Луганске, на территории сквера имени героев Великой Отечественной войны, прошел митинг-реквием в память о погибших 2 июня 2014 года в результате авиаудара ВФУ. В митинге приняли участие Глава ЛНР Леонид Пасечник, делегация ДНР, которую возглавил Председатель Народного Совета ДНР Владимир Бидёвка, Председатель Народного Совета ЛНР Денис Мирошниченко, депутаты парламентов ДНР и ЛНР.

Выступая перед участниками митинга, Глава ЛНР Леонид Пасечник отметил, что народ Донбасса никогда не забудет преступление, совершенное Украиной 2 июня 2014 года.

«Вокруг здания администрации, вокруг сквера Героев Великой Отечественной войны расположены жилые многоквартирные здания, за зданием администрации находятся детский сад, в сквере – детская площадка, на которой на тот момент играли дети. Этот акт бесчеловечной агрессии стал первым в череде кровавых преступлений Киева против мирных жителей Донбасса», – подчеркнул Леонид Пасечник.

В беседе с прессой Председатель Народного Совета ДНР выразил соболезнования семьям погибших в трагедии 2014 года.

«Сегодня делегация Донецкой Народной Республики приняла участие в мероприятии, посвященном пятой годовщине авиаудара по Луганску, мирному городу. Мы все помним эти кадры из новостных сюжетов, и беда эта для нас не чужая: мы всегда были дружны, а война сплотила нас еще сильнее.

Мы выражаем искренние слова соболезнования народу Луганской Народной Республики.

Хочу сказать, что наши Республики всегда будут вместе, плечом к плечу противостоять любой беде», – отметил Владимир Бидёвка.

В свою очередь спикер парламента ЛНР Денис Мирошниченко напомнил о важности бережного отношения к новейшей истории Донбасса.

«Наше общество объединила общая боль. Если раньше мы не могли даже теоретически представить, что в нашем городе может быть война, то этот день стал точкой невозврата. Это трагическая дата в нашей истории, в современном мире такое не должно повторяться. Мы должны помнить и передавать другим поколениям понимание, какой ценой мы сохранили правду», – сказал Денис Мирошниченко.

Участники митинга-реквиема почтили минутой молчания память мирных жителей, чьи жизни унес авиаудар ВФУ.


On Sunday, June 2nd, in Lugansk, in the territory of the park named after heroes of the Great Patriotic War, a rally requiem was held in the memory of those who died on June 2nd, 2014, as a result of the AFU’s airstrike. The meeting was attended by Head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik, the delegation of the DPR, which was headed by Chairman of the DPR People’s Council Vladimir Bidyovka, Chairman of the LPR People’s Council Denis Miroshnichenko, deputies of the DPR and LPR parliaments.

Making a speech in front of participants in the rally, Head of the LPR Leonid Pasechnik noted that the people of Donbass would never forget the crime committed by Ukraine on June 2nd, 2014.

“Around the administration building, around the square of Heroes of the Great Patriotic War there are residential apartment buildings, behind the administration building there is a kindergarten, in the square there is a playground where children played at that time. This act of inhuman aggression was the first in a series of bloody crimes of Kiev against the peaceful residents of Donbass,” Leonid Pasechnik stressed.

When talking with the press, the Chairman of the DPR People’s Council expressed condolences to the families of those killed in the tragedy of 2014.

“Today the delegation of the Donetsk People’s Republic took part in the event dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the airstrike on Lugansk, a peaceful city. We all remember that footage from news stories, and this disaster is not unfamiliar to us: we have always been on friendly terms, and the war rallied us even more.

We express our sincere words of condolence to the people of the Lugansk People’s Republic.

I want to say that our Republics will always be together, shoulder to shoulder, to confront any misfortune,” Vladimir Bidyovka noted.

In turn, speaker of the LPR Parliament Denis Miroshnichenko reminded about the importance of a careful attitude to the modern history of Donbass.

“Our society has been consolidated by the common pain. If earlier we could not even theoretically imagine that there could be a war in our city, then this day became a point of no return. This is a tragic date in our history, in the modern world it should never happen again. We have to remember and the awareness of the price that costed us the truth and pass it on to other generations,” Denis Miroshnichenko said.

Participants of the requiem rally observed a minute of silence in tribute to the memory of the peaceful civilians, whose lives were claimed by the AFU’s airstrike.
