Сегодня в рамках заседания гуманитарной подгруппы Трехсторонней контактной группы по урегулированию ситуации в Донбассе проводилась работа по актуализации списков удерживаемых лиц. Итоги переговоров в Минске 2 июля подвела Уполномоченный по правам человека в ДНР Дарья Морозова.
«В настоящее время продолжает оставаться непонятной позиция Украины в части процессуальной очистки граждан, подлежащих обмену.
Актуальным на сегодняшний день остается вопрос о переводе для дальнейшего отбывания наказания в Харькове Юлии Просоловой, которая в настоящее время содержится в пенитенциарном учреждении на территории Западной Украины. Это связано с обоснованными опасениями относительно состояния ее здоровья, а также необходимо для обеспечения возможности регулярного посещения Юлии родственниками. Украинская сторона заверила в том, что приложит все необходимые усилия для скорейшего решения данного вопроса, и обосновала задержку аспектами юридического и технического характера», — отметила омбудсмен.
Морозова добавила, что в ходе заседания также затронут вопрос организации совместного поиска лиц, пропавших без вести, обсуждение которого продолжится на следующей встрече.

“At present, Ukraine’s standpoint in terms of the procedural cleanup of citizens subject to the exchange remains unclear.
The question of the transfer of Yulia Prosolova for further service of sentence in Kharkov, who is currently held in a penitentiary institution in the territory of Western Ukraine, remains acute today. This stems from the well-founded concerns about her state of health, it is also necessary to ensure that her relatives regularly visit Yulia. The Ukrainian side assured that it would make all the necessary efforts to resolve this issue as soon as possible and justified the delay with legal and technical aspects,” the Ombudsperson noted.
Morozova added that in the meeting they also raised the issue of organizing a joint search for missing persons, the discussion of which will continue at the next meeting.
