В ходе брифинга 8 июля начальник пресс-службы УНМ ДНР, майор Даниил Безсонов сообщил, что военные командиры Украины пытаются скрыть большие небоевые потери и свою преступную деятельность, связанную с хищением боеприпасов, путем увеличения количества обстрелов территории Республики.
“Усиление обстрелов мирных жилых городов на юге Республики связано с тем, что командир 36-го бандформирования Гнатов, пытаясь скрыть от командования ООС свои большие небоевые потери среди личного состава, отдал приказ усилить ведение провокационного огня по позициям НМ ДНР для последующей выдачи небоевых потерь за боевые. От наших источников известно, что только за последние два дня в данном подразделении в результате подрыва на своих минных полях погибли четверо боевиков. Также двое боевиков, грубо нарушив требования по установке минно-взрывных заграждений, получили тяжелые ранения от разрыва собственного взрывного устройства, которое они пытались установить в районе своих позиций.
Кроме того, для расследования фактов обстрела Свято-Спиридоновский храма и съемочной группы российского телеканала «Звезда» в данное подразделение прибыла следственная группа военной службы правопорядка под руководством начальника Донецкого зонального отдела ВСП полковника Фомуляева. Задачей следственной группы является определение виновных в нарушении Минских договоренностей и выявление фактов сокрытия небоевых потерь в 36-й бригаде”, — рассказал Даниил Безсонов.
Также он добавил, что, несмотря на произведенные Зеленским перестановки в руководящем составе Министерства обороны, положение дел с коррупционной и преступной деятельностью среди рядового и командного состава ВФУ, находящихся в зоне ООС, осталось без изменений.
“По нашим сведениям, ущерб обороноспособности Украины от преступной деятельности командира 57-й бригады Мишанчука, связанной с хищением боеприпасов и другого военного имущества, составил более 50 миллионов гривен. По данному факту комиссией Министерства обороны Украины проводится инспекционная проверка вооружения и материально-технического имущества бригады с последующим докладом президенту Украины”, — сообщил майор.

“The intensification of attacks on peaceful inhabited towns in the south of the Republic stems from the fact that commander of the 36th bandit group Gnatov, trying to conceal his significant non-combat losses among the military personnel from the command staff of the joint forces operation, instructed that provocative fire on DPR PM positions be stepped up to subsequently pass off the non-combat losses as battle casualties. Our sources inform that for the last two days alone, four militants died in this unit as a result of blowing up on their own minefields. Also, two militants, who grossly violated the requirements for setting up mine obstacles, were seriously wounded in explosion of their own explosive device, which they tried to plant in the vicinity of their positions.
In addition, to investigate the attack on the Saint Spyridon Church and the camera crew of the Russian TV channel Zvezda, an investigation team from the military police, led by the chief of the Donetsk regional division of the military police, colonel Fomulyaev, arrived at this unit. The task of the investigation team is to find those guilty of violating the Minsk agreements and identifying the facts of concealing the non-combat losses in the 36th brigade,” Daniil Bezsonov told.
He also added that despite the reshuffles Zelensky did to the senior staff of the Ministry of Defense, the situation about corruption and criminal activities among the private corps and AFU command staff who are stationed in the joint forces operation zone had remained unchanged.
“According to our information, the damage to the Ukrainian defensive capacity due to the criminal activity by commander of the 57th brigade Mishanchuk, which is coming from the theft of ammunition and other military stores, has made more than 50 million UAH. On the matter, the commission from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine conducts an inspection of weapons and materiel supplies of the brigade, which will be followed by a subsequent report to the president of Ukraine,” Major said.
