В ходе проведенного разбирательства по факту обвинения подразделений Народной милиции ДНР в ведении огня по КПВВ «Марьинка» установлено, что факт открытия огня из автоматического оружия в данном районе сегодня ночью имел место, однако обстоятельства были иными, нежели указано в заявлении украинских оккупантов. Об этом сообщает официальный представитель УНМ ДНР.
«По информации от наших наблюдателей на переднем крае, в районе 00.00 часов 28 июля к посту пропуска на подконтрольной Украине территории подъехал микроавтобус, из которого вышли несколько вооруженных человек и проследовали к административным зданиям КПВВ. Через некоторое время из административного здания выскочили двое и побежали в сторону блокпоста НМ, ведя огонь из стрелкового оружия в сторону украинских боевиков. Ответным огнем украинских силовиков беглецы были нейтрализованы. По нашим данным, один убит, второй тяжело ранен.
Тела беглецов были эвакуированы ВФУ. В 6.30 утра на КПВВ «Марьинка» прибыла следственная группа ВСП. В 8.00 утра следственные мероприятия были окончены, прибывшие следователи убыли с телами убитых. На месте остались только лужи крови, о чем свидетельствуют многочисленные сообщения граждан Республики, пересекавших КПВВ сегодня утром.
Таким образом, налицо откровенная ложь и несогласованность украинских силовых ведомств, которые утром заявляют об отсутствии за сутки и в ночное время обстрелов с нашей стороны, а уже к обеду другие их пропагандисты выступают с обвинениями в адрес военнослужащих НМ ДНР.
Обращаясь к командованию ВФУ: вместо того, чтобы обвинять в собственных междоусобицах военнослужащих НМ, лучше бы провели расследования по фактам открытия огня по территории ДНР в период действия всеобъемлющего перемирия с последующим представлением материалов разбирательств общественности, как того требуют обязательства Минские договоренности», — говорится в сообщении.

“According to information from our observers at the front line, approximately at 00.00 on July 28th, a minibus came to the checkpoint in the territory controlled by Ukraine, from which several armed men came out and proceeded to the checkpoint’s administrative buildings. After a while, two people jumped out of the administrative building and ran towards a People’s Militia checkpoint, firing small arms towards the Ukrainian militants. The fugitives were neutralized by return fire of the Ukrainian militants. According to our data, one of them died, the second was seriously wounded.
The bodies of the fugitives were evacuated by the AFU. At 6.30 in the morning, an investigation team from the military police arrived at the Maryinka checkpoint. At 8.00 in the morning the investigative measures ended, the arriving investigators departed with the bodies of the dead. Only pools of blood remained at the scene, as evidenced by the numerous reports of citizens of the Republic who crossed the checkpoint this morning.
Thus, there is a frank lie and inconsistency of the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies, which in the morning declare the absence of attacks from our side during the day and at night, but by lunchtime their other propagandists accuse the DPR people’s Militia military.
We appeal to the AFU command: instead of accusing the DPR People’s Militia military of their own infighting, it would be better to investigate the facts of attacks on the territory of the DPR during the period of the comprehensive truce, and then provide the materials of the investigations to the public, as required by the Minsk agreements,” the message reads.
