11 лет назад в ночь на 8 августа грузинская армия обстреляла столицу Южной Осетии – Цхинвал. Мирные жители и защитники РЮО в борьбе за независимость своего государства, защищая гражданские права на суверенитет и самоопределение, стали жертвами безжалостной военной агрессии Грузии.
Ответственность и вина за гибель и страдания людей, за уничтожение городов и сел лежит на грузинском правительстве и лично на Саакашвили, а также на всех тех, кто разжигал этот военный конфликт и вооружал грузинскую армию.
Вспоминая трагические августовские события 2008 года, Донецкая Народная Республика скорбит вместе с Южной Осетией. Мы разделяем боль потерь с каждой семьей, в которую пришло горе утраты. Мы знаем эту боль…

11 years ago, on the night of August 8th, the Georgian army shelled the capital of South Ossetia Tskhinvali. Civilians and defenders of South Ossetia in the struggle for the independence of their state, protecting the civil rights to sovereignty and self-determination, fell victim to the ruthless armed aggression of Georgia.
The responsibility and blame for the deaths and sufferings of people, for the destruction of cities and villages rests with the Georgian government and personally with Saakashvili, as well as with all those who incited this military conflict and armed the Georgian army.
