В Минске завершилось заседание гуманитарной подгруппы. Свое видение итогов переговоров озвучила Уполномоченный по правам человека в ДНР Дарья Морозова.
«На сегодняшней встрече гуманитарной подгруппы Трёхсторонней контактной группы по урегулированию ситуации в Донбассе присутствовал временно назначенный полномочный представитель Киева, который был не подготовлен к проведению заседания подгруппы, в связи с чем не смог предоставить необходимую информацию о том, на какой стадии находится принятие процессуальных решений в отношении субъектов предстоящего обмена. По этой же причине не удалось обсудить и другие вопросы повестки дня. В связи с этим мы вынуждены направить украинской стороне письменный запрос, касающийся прекращения уголовного преследования вышеупомянутых лиц.
Хочу напомнить о том, что речь идет не просто о цифрах «102» и «50» – за каждой из них стоят живые люди, которым уже дали надежду на предстоящий в скором времени обмен. Это люди, у которых есть семьи – дети, супруги, родители, – которые тоже надеются на долгожданное воссоединение. Поэтому призываю не обманывать их надежды и строго следовать тем договоренностям, которые были достигнуты ранее.
Донецкая Народная Республика практически завершила процессуальную очистку удерживаемых лиц. Поэтому я обратилась к координатору гуманитарной подгруппы, послу ОБСЕ Тони Фришу с просьбой доложить на заседании ТКГ о выполнении Республикой взятых на себя обязательств и готовности к осуществлению обмена по формуле «всех установленных на всех установленных», — заявила Морозова.

“Today’s meeting of the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group for the settlement of the situation in Donbass was attended by a temporarily appointed authorized representative of Kiev, who had not been prepared for the meeting of the subgroup, and therefore could not provide the necessary information about at which stage the adoption of procedural decisions relating to the subjects of the upcoming exchange is. For the same reason, it was not possible to discuss other issues on the agenda. In this regard, we have to send a written request to the Ukrainian side about the termination of the criminal prosecution of the above-mentioned persons.
I want to remind you that this is not just about the numbers 102 and 50 — there are living people behind each of them, who have already been given the hope for an exchange upcoming soon. These are people who have families — children, spouses, parents — who also hope for a long-awaited reunion. Therefore, I urge you not to deceive their hopes and strictly follow the agreements that were reached earlier.
The Donetsk People’s Republic has virtually completed the procedural cleaning of the detainees. Therefore, I turned to the coordinator of the humanitarian subgroup, OSCE Ambassador Tony Frisch, with a request to report at the Trilateral Contact Group’s meeting on the fulfillment of the obligations by the Republic and its readiness to carry out the exchange basing on the formula “all identified for all identified,” Morozova stated.
