На обсуждение участников Трехсторонней контактной группы вынесены вопросы, рассмотренные сегодня в профильных подгруппах, сообщает МИД ДНР.
Переговорщики подгруппы по вопросам безопасности обсудили статус выполнения обязательств сторон по соблюдению перемирия и дополнительных мер его усиления и контроля. Республики озвучили последствия нарушений со стороны ВФУ, а также данные проведенных разбирательств Представительством ДНР в СЦКК. По-прежнему актуальным остается восстановление паритета на участках разведения сил и средств в районе н. п. Петровское и Золотое.
Погашение задолженности Украины перед работниками КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса» и железной дороги, а также согласование механизма выплаты пенсий остаются приоритетными вопросами переговорной позиции представителей Республики в подгруппе по экономическим вопросам.
В подгруппе по гуманитарным вопросам сосредоточились на проработке основного вопроса повестки – обмене удерживаемыми лицами.
Вопрос закрепления особого статуса Донбасса в конституции и имплементация формулы Штайнмайера, основа в работе переговорщиков политической подгруппы.
Members of the Trilateral Contact Group discussed the matters that were considered today by specialized subgroups; the DPR Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports.
Negotiators of the security subgroup discussed the status of fulfillment of obligations of the parties for observing the ceasefire and additional measures to enhance and control it. The Republics reported on the consequences of violations by the AFU and also provided information on investigations conducted by the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC. The restoration of parity in the areas of withdrawal of forces and means near Petrovskoye and Zolotoye is still relevant.
The repayment of Ukraine’s debts to workers of Voda Donbassa Company and the railway, as well as the coordination of the mechanism for paying pensions are still priority matters of the negotiating standpoint of representatives of the Republic to the subgroup on economic issues.
The humanitarian subgroup focused on working on the main issue on the agenda — the exchange of detainees.
The issue of enshrining the special status of Donbass in the constitution and the implementation of Steinmeier’s formula are the main work of negotiators in the political subgroup.
