Разведке УНМ ДНР стали известны подробности и итоги антинаркотического рейда, проведенного 24 августа военной прокуратурой совместно с военной службой правопорядка и СБУ в соединениях и частях в зоне ООС. Об этом сообщил сегодня, 26 августа, официальный представитель УНМ ДНР Дмитрий Астрахань.
«Так, в докладе военной прокуратуры об итогах спецоперации указано, что было предотвращено шестьдесят четыре преступления, связанных с незаконным оборотом наркотических средств. Возбуждены уголовные дела в отношении ста восьмидесяти боевиков ВФУ, причастных к производству, хранению и распространению наркотических веществ.
В восьми случаях в ходе проведения следственных мероприятий сотрудникам прокуратуры было оказано сопротивление с применением оружия. В двух случаях сотрудники ВСП применили оружие для задержания преступников из 53-й бригады.
В ходе задержания командира эвакуационной роты ремонтного батальона 53-й бригады Комарницкого, подозреваемого в создании преступного сообщества, были ранены двое боевиков, пытавшихся защитить своего командира и, по совместительству, главаря банды. Также при задержании командира взвода 24-го батальона «Айдар» 53-й бригады Курбатова, подозреваемого в распространении синтетических наркотических веществ среди военнослужащих соединения, был ранен он сам и его помощник.
Впоследствии от полученных ранений боевик Курбатов скончался.
Важно отметить, что сегодня военной прокуратурой отправлен прокурорский запрос в штаб ООС с требованием разобраться в причинах представления погибших и раненых в ходе спецоперации СБУ боевиков к числу боевых потерь. Мы не исключаем, что попытка героизации этих уголовных преступников связана с наличием у них высокопоставленных покровителей и соучастников преступных сообществ в штабе ООС.
По нашим данным, проведенный антинаркотический рейд выявил ряд недостатков в ходе организации обеспечения ВФУ.
Так, в ходе спецоперации в 56-й бригаде было выявлено, что производство и хранение наркотических веществ происходило на продовольственном складе и в подсобных помещения столовой. В настоящее время в бригаде работает комиссия главной инспекции минобороны по проверке состояния продовольственной службы соединения», — отметил Дмитрий Астрахань.
The DPR People’s Militia intelligence has become aware of details and results of the anti-drug raid conducted on August 24th by the military prosecutor’s office jointly with the military police and the Security Service of Ukraine in formations and units in the joint forces operation’s zone. Official representative of the DPR People’s Militia Directorate Dmitry Astrakhan reported this today, on August 26th.
“Thus, the report of the military prosecutor’s office on the results of the special operation states that sixty-four crimes related to drug trafficking have been prevented. Criminal cases have been opened against one hundred and eighty AFU militants involved in the making, storage and distribution of drugs.
In eight cases, during investigative measures, they confronted officers of the prosecutor’s office by using weapons. In two cases, officers of the military police resorted to weapons to arrest criminals from the 53rd brigade.
During the detention of evacuation company’s commander of the maintenance battalion of the 53rd brigade Komarnitsky, suspected of forming a criminal network, two militants were injured trying to protect their commander and, concurrently, the leader of the gang. Also, during the detention of platoon commander of the 24th Aidar battalion of the 53rd brigade Kurbatov suspected of distributing designer drugs among the military personnel of the unit, he and his accomplice were wounded.
Subsequently, militant Kurbatov died from his wounds.
It is important to note that today the military prosecutor’s office sent a prosecutor’s claim to the joint forces operation’s staff demanding that the reasons for listing the militants as combat losses, who were killed or wounded during the SBU’s special operation, be clarified. We do not rule out that the attempt to make heroes of these criminals is due to the presence of high-ranking patrons and accomplices of criminal networks at the joint forces operation’s staff.
According to our information, the anti-drug raid revealed a number of shortcomings in the organization of the provision of the AFU.
Thus, a special operation in the 56th brigade established that the making and storage of narcotic substances had occurred in the food warehouse and utility rooms of the dining facility. At present, a commission of the main inspectorate of the defense ministry is working in the brigade to check the condition of the food service of the unit,” Dmitry Astrakhan noted.
