На сегодняшнем заседании группы по гуманитарным вопросам продолжилась проработка списков удерживаемых лиц, однако украинская сторона так и не предоставила свой ответ о процессуальной готовности и необходимую информацию для совершения обмена удерживаемыми лицами. Об этом сообщила полпред ДНР на переговорах Трехсторонней контактной группы в Минске, министр иностранных дел ДНР Наталья Никонорова.
«Мы выполнили все необходимые шаги по совершению обмена: процессуальная очистка завершена, документы подготовлены, все формальности решены. Сейчас мяч по-прежнему на стороне Киева — мы предложили представителям Украины некоторые варианты решения проблемных вопросов подготовки и процессуальной очистки. Надеемся, что украинская сторона не станет затягивать такой жизненно важный вопрос, как возвращение удерживаемых граждан к своим семьям», – отметила полпред ДНР.
At today’s meeting of the humanitarian group, the elaboration of lists of detainees continued, but the Ukrainian side did not provide its response on the procedural readiness and the necessary information to carry out an exchange of detainees. Plenipotentiary representative of the DPR to the talks of the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the DPR Natalya Nikonorova informed about this.
“We have completed all the necessary steps to carry out the exchange: the procedural clearance has been completed, the documents have been prepared, all formalities have been resolved. Now it is up to Kiev — we have suggested to representatives of Ukraine some options for solving the problematic issues of the preparation and the procedural clearance. We hope that the Ukrainian side will not be delaying such a vital issue as the return of detained citizens to their families,” the DPR plenipotentiary noted.
