Сегодня, 10 мая, Глава ДНР, Верховный главнокомандующий Денис Пушилин вручил государственные награды сотрудникам силовых структур, выполняющих особые задачи по защите Донецкой Народной Республики, сообщает пресс-служба Администрации Главы ДНР.

Бойцы были награждены знаком отличия «За заслуги перед Республикой», знаком отличия «Георгиевский крест» II, III, IV степени.

«Благодарю за вашу нелегкую работу. На нашу долю выпали непростые испытания. Раньше мы могли видеть только в фильмах и читать в книгах о героических подвигах наших предков. Никто не думал, что наступит время, когда герои современной войны будут жить среди нас. Война еще не закончена, и от вашего мужества зависят судьбы миллионов людей. Эта работа непростая, но почетная.

Вчера мы благодарили наших ветеранов за Победу в 1945 году. Сейчас нам тоже нужна победа, и мы к ней идем. Уверен, что благодаря вашей целеустремленности и самоотверженности мы придем к нашей победе! Сегодня с особой гордостью вручаю вам заслуженные награды», — обратился к военнослужащим Денис Пушилин.

За проявленные в боевых действиях по защите Донецкой Народной Республики личное мужество и героизм к государственным наградам были представлены 56 военнослужащих, двое из них — посмертно.

Today, on May 10th, the Head of the DPR, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Denis Pushilin presented state awards to law enforcement officers who perform special tasks to defend the Donetsk People’s Republic; the press service of the DPR Head’s Administration reports.

The military were awarded decorations For Merits to the Republic, St. George Cross decorations of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th classes.

“Thank you for your hard work. Hard trials have befallen us. Previously, we could only watch films and read books of the heroic exploits of our ancestors. Nobody thought that the time would come when the heroes of a modern war would live among us. The war is not over yet, and the fate of millions of people depends on your courage. This work is not easy, but honorable.

Yesterday we thanked our veterans for the Victory in 1945. Now we also need a victory, and we are making to it. I am sure that thanks to your determination and dedication, we will reach our victory! Today, I am especially proud to present you with the well-deserved awards,” Denis Pushilin addressed the military.

For the personal courage and heroism shown in combat operations for the defense of the Donetsk People’s Republic, 56 soldiers were presented with state awards, two of them posthumously.
