По всей линии разграничения отмечается значительное обострение военной ситуации. Украинские вооруженные формирования цинично и открыто осуществляют обстрелы территории Донецкой Народной Республики.
В ход идут мины калибра 82 и 120 мм, снаряды калибра 122 мм и другое тяжелое вооружение, запрещенное Минскими соглашениями. При этом главными целями выбираются исключительно объекты гражданской инфраструктуры – жилые дома, медицинские заведения, спортивные сооружения и культурные комплексы. Под обстрелы попадают мирные граждане.
Пока президент Украины Владимир Зеленский совершает вояж по Европе, перед объективами видеокамер декларирует стремления к миру и обещает немедленно приступить к восстановлению Донбасса (правда, за счет тех же европейцев), украинские вояки еще с большей яростью, последовательно и методично, Донбасс уничтожают. Это преступление против человечности, которое мировое сообщество не должно игнорировать.
Зеленский как главнокомандующий украинской армией несет личную ответственность за каждый выпущенный по нашей территории снаряд, за каждый разрушенный дом, за каждого раненого и убитого! И ответственности ему не избежать.
Мы призываем мировое сообщество к жесткой и безапелляционной реакции на обстрелы наших территорий.

There is a significant escalation of the combat situation along the entire line of separation. The Ukrainian armed formations cynically and openly carry out attacks on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
They use mortar shells of 82mm and 120mm caliber, 122mm shells and other heavy weapons banned by the Minsk Agreements. In this case, as the main targets they pick exclusively civil infrastructure facilities: residential buildings, medical establishments, sports facilities and cultural complexes. Peaceful citizens come under fire.
While president of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky travels all over Europe, declares commitments to peace in front of the lenses of cameras and promises to start restoring Donbass immediately (albeit at the expense of the same Europeans), Ukrainian gunmen destroy Donbass even more furiously and methodically. This is a crime against humanity that the world community should not ignore.
Zelensky as the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian army is personally responsible for every shell fired on our territory, for every house destroyed, for every person wounded and killed! And he will not manage to avoid responsibility.
We call upon the world community for a tough and categorical response to the shelling of our territories.
