В Минске проходит очередное заседание Контактной группы. На обсуждение вынесены вопросы, рассмотренные в рамках работ профильных групп, сообщает пресс-служба МИД ДНР.
Переговорщики в подгруппе по гуманитарным вопросам продолжили проработку основного вопроса повестки – обмен удерживаемыми лицами, а также некоторых аспектов, необходимых для реализации механизма поиска пропавших.
Стремительно нарастающая эскалация на линии соприкосновения со стороны ВФУ, ее последствия и жертвы среди мирного населения по-прежнему остаются основой работы подгруппы по вопросам безопасности. Безусловно, на повестке острая необходимость скорейшего согласования пакета дополнительных мер усиления и контроля вводимых перемирий. Также актуально на фоне определенного прогресса в Станице Луганской восстановление паритета на участках разведения сил и средств в районе Петровское и Золотое.
Погашение задолженности Украины перед работниками железной дороги и КП «Компания «Вода Донбасса», а также внедрение предложенного МККК механизма выплаты пенсий остаются приоритетными вопросами переговорной позиции представителей Республики в подгруппе по экономическим вопросам.
Вопрос введения в силу особого статуса Донбасса и имплементация формулы Штайнмайера, как механизма этого процесса – основа в работе переговорщиков в политической подгруппе.

Negotiators in the subgroup on humanitarian issues continued to work out the main issue on the agenda, which is the exchange of detainees, as well as some aspects necessary for the implementation of the mechanism of searching for the missing.
The rapidly increasing escalation at the contact line at the hands of the AFU, its consequences and civilian casualties are still the basis of the work of the subgroup on security issues. Of course, there is an urgent need on the agenda for the earliest possible coordination of a package of additional measures to strengthen and control the truce. The restoration of parity in the areas of withdrawal of forces and means near Petrovskoye and Zolotoye is also relevant against the background of a certain progress in Stanitsa Luganskaya.
Repayment of Ukraine’s debts to workers of the railways and Voda Donbassa Company, as well as the introduction of the pension payment mechanism proposed by the ICRC, remain priority issues of the negotiating standpoint of representatives of the Republic in the subgroup on economic issues.
The entry-into-force of the special status of Donbass and the implementation of Steinmeier’s formula as a mechanism for this process is the basis for the work of the negotiators in the political subgroup.
