On the early morning of June 21, a woman born 1962 suffered a gunshot wound in the Petrovsky district of Donetsk during the attack by the Ukrainian army.
On June 22, in violation of the international humanitarian law, the AFU attacked Aleksandrovka.
A man born 1975 was killed during the attack. Two other civilians came under fire together with the victim. Despite numerous requests for access to the victim, Ukrainian military kept firing on the village. The Ukrainian side granted a ceasefire period only next morning. The victim and two civilians were evacuated from the scene at 8:40, after which the AFU resumed firing.
Between January 1 and June 26, 2020, 66 people suffered wounds and traumas of varying degrees of severity as the result of the armed aggression by Ukraine in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic: 39 soldiers of the Republic and 28 civilians, including six children and nine women.
4,929 people have been killed, including 81 children, since the beginning of the armed conflict in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
