Сегодня, 10 августа, Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко провел рабочее совещание с руководителями городов и районов Донецкой Народной Республики, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР. В совещании также приняли участие заместители Председателя Совета Министров ДНР Дмитрий Трапезников и Екатерина Матющенко, министр строительства и ЖКХ Сергей Наумец, министр угля и энергетики Анатолий Нестеренко, врио министра транспорта Ростислав Маркелов.

Как сообщил Глава Республики, основной вопрос, который сегодня стоит на повестке дня, — подготовка к осенне-зимнему отопительному сезону 2018-2019 гг.

С докладом по данному вопросу выступил министр строительства и ЖКХ Сергей Наумец:

«Согласно дорожной карте, выполнение мероприятий по подготовке должно составлять 65%. По отчетам администраций городов и районов жилищное хозяйство подготовлено на 65,5 %.
Подготовка ведомственного жилищного фонда: из 262 домов подготовлено 179 (68 %), в том числе с централизованным отоплением из запланированных 253 домов подготовлено 172.
Подготовка объектов социальной сферы выполнена на 64 % — из 1862 объектов социальной сферы подготовлено 1193.

Системы водоснабжения и водоотведения в целом подготовлены на 51 %».

Также Сергей Наумец отметил, что существуют проблемные вопросы в подготовке объектов жизнеобеспечения социальной сферы и жилого фонда – это отсутствие некоторых необходимых товарно-материальных ценностей, в частности кровельного материала.

«Также в связи с ростом цен на ГСМ необходимо ежемесячное выделение финансовой помощи коммунальным предприятиям по вывозу ТБО и компании «Вода Донбасса», — сказал Сергей Наумец.

Глава ДНР Александр Захарченко подчеркнул: как бы не было тяжело государству, коммунальные платежи для населения в Республике подниматься не будут.

«Уважаемые коллеги! Хочу сразу напомнить, что мы не поднимаем коммунальные платежи для населения. Эти тарифы мы держим с 2014 года, хотя государство несет колоссальные убытки. Но мы прекрасно понимаем, что и жители Республики находятся в тяжелой ситуации. Поэтому мы рассмотрим вопрос дотирования государством топлива для коммунальных предприятий», — обратился к присутствующим Александр Захарченко.

Today, August 10th, Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko held a working meeting with the chief of cities and districts of the Donetsk People’s Republic, according to a correspondent of the DPR official website. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chairmen of the DPR Council of Ministers Dmitry Trapeznikov and Ekaterina Matyuschenko, Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities Sergei Naumets, Minister of Coal and Energy Anatoly Nesterenko, interim Minister for Transport Rostislav Markelov.

According to the Head of the Republic, the main issue on the agenda today was the preparation for the autumn and winter heating season of 2018-2019.

Minister of Construction Industry and Public Utilities Sergei Naumets reported on this matter:

“According to the road map, the implementation of preparation activities should be 65%. According to the reports of the administrations of cities and districts, the housing economy has been preparedby 65.5%.
Preparation of departmental housing stock: 179 (68%) of 262 houses have been prepared, including 172 with centralized heating from the planned 253 houses.
The preparation of social facilities has been completed by 64%: 1,893social facilitiesout of 1,862 have been prepared.

The water supply and sanitation systems in general have been prepared by 51%.”

Sergei Naumets also noted that there were problematic issues with the preparation of critical facilities of the social sphere and housing stock — this is the lack of some necessary commodity stocks and supplies, in particular roofing material.

“Also, due to the increase in prices for fuel and lubricants, it is necessary to provide monthly financial assistance to the public utilities enterprises exporting solid waste and to the Voda Donbassa company,” Sergei Naumets said.

Head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko stressed that no matter howit’shard to the state, public utilities rates for the population in the Republic would not be raised.

“Dear colleagues! I want to remind you immediately that we are not raising public utilities rates for the population. We have been keeping these rates since 2014, although the state incurs huge losses. But we realize perfectly well that the residents of the Republic are in a difficult situation too. Therefore, we will consider the issue of allocation of fuel for public utilities from the state,” Alexander Zakharchenko addressed those present.
