Позиция украинских переговорщиков в политической группе по-прежнему контрпродуктивна, при этом ни один из политических пунктов Комплекса мер Киевом так и не выполнен. Об итогах заседания в Минске рассказала Полномочный представитель ДНР на переговорах в Минске Наталья Никонорова.
«Конституционная реформа не проведена, амнистия лиц-участников конфликта, предусмотренная пунктом 5 Комплекса мер, не реализована и даже не согласован порядок ее реализации в Минске, закон об особом статусе Донбасса так и не вступил в силу: очередное формальное продление срока его действия по факту ничего не изменило. Главные статьи, предписывающие наделение определенных территорий особыми полномочиями, остаются заблокированными, а единственный устраивающий все стороны порядок введения их в действие – формулу Штайнмайера – Украина рассматривать отказывается.
Еще одним препятствием в переговорном процессе становится агрессивная реакция украинской стороны на грядущие выборы Глав и парламентов в Республиках. Не выполнив ни одного политического пункта Минских соглашений, представители Киева пытаются искать оправдания в объявленных выборах, которые никак не противоречат Комплексу мер, никак с Минским процессом не связаны и являются необходимой мерой, возникшей как следствие убийства Главы ДНР Александра Захарченко», — заявила Наталья Никонорова.
Полпред ДНР в Контактной группе в очередной раз подчеркнула важность конструктивного подхода в поиске механизма разблокирования работы политической группы, для чего необходимо соблюдать утвержденную повестку дня и обсуждать прежде всего компромиссный порядок вступления в силу закона об особом статусе Донбасса и вопросы реализации амнистии.

Another obstacle in the negotiation process is the aggressive response of the Ukrainian party to the upcoming elections of the Heads and the Parliaments in the Republics. The DPR Plenipotentiary Representative to the Contact Group once again highlighted the importance of a constructive approach towards finding a mechanism to unblock the work of the political group, for which it is necessary to comply with the approved agenda and discuss, above all, a compromise procedure for the enactment of the law on the special status of Donbass and the implementation of the amnesty.
