Сегодня, 17 октября, врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин провел рабочее совещание с и.о. руководителя администрации Тельмановского района Александром Сурсяковым, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
Александр Сурсяков рассказал врио Главы ДНР Денису Пушилину о состоянии дел в Тельмановском районе.
«Начать хочу с того, что Тельмановский район — это наполовину прифронтовая зона. Очень много было разрушено объектов социальной инфраструктуры и жилого фонда. Благодаря программе восстановления тепловые контуры у нас закрыты на 100 %, то есть теплоноситель подается без проблем. На данный момент уже восстановлены два детских сада и гимназия, три сельских школы, которые были сильно разрушены обстрелами, восстановлена единственная в районе газовая котельная. Также восстановили своими силами дома, которые были разрушены прямым попаданием.
Кроме того, работает мобильный социальный офис, оказывающий помощь жителям района из отдаленных населенных пунктов.
Еще мы открыли дополнительную группу в детском саду, так как в районе наблюдается рост рождаемости.
Также в районе увеличилось количество предпринимателей. За первое полугодие было произведено порядка 1 000 тонн масла подсолнечного. Для сравнения — в 2015 году было произведено около 60 тонн.
Посажено порядка 100 гектаров суперинтенсивного яблоневого сада. В следующем году с 10 гектаров мы уже сможем собрать урожай, с оставшихся 90 урожай будет через год», — рассказал Александр Сурсяков.
«Я так понимаю, что острых проблем с отопительным сезоном сейчас у вас нет. Тогда я хотел бы обсудить с вами ситуацию с сельским хозяйством в районе. Еще один вопрос — это проблемы телевещания. Насколько я знаю, у вас некоторые республиканские телеканалы и радиостанции не вещают. Конечно, этот вопрос больше к Министерству связи, но хотел бы услышать ваши предложения по решению данного вопроса», — обратился врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин к Александру Сурсякову.
В рамках совещания Денис Пушилин обсудил с руководителем Тельмановского района существующие проблемы и взял их на личный контроль.

“I want to begin with the fact that Telmanovsky district is halfway a frontline area. A lot of social infrastructure and housing facilities were destroyed. Thanks to the reconstruction program, our thermal envelops are 100% finished, that is, the heat-transfer fluid is supplied without problems. At the moment, two kindergartens and a high school, three rural schools that were heavily damaged by shelling, and the only gas boilerhouse in the district have been reconstructed. By our own efforts, we alsoreconstructed the houses thatwere destroyed by a direct hit.
In addition, there is a transportable social office that provides aid to residents of the district from remote localities.
We also opened an additional group in kindergarten, since there is arise in births in the district.
The number of entrepreneurs has also increased in the district. During the first six months, about 1,000 tons of sunflower oil have been produced. As a comparison, about 60 tons were producedin 2015.

Of course, this issue is more related to the Ministry of Communications, but I would like to listen to your suggestions on how to resolve this issue,” interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin addressed Alexander Sursyakov.
During the meeting, Denis Pushilin discussed existing problems jointly with the chief of Telmanovsky district and took personal charge of them.
