Республика не готова идти на мир любой ценой. Об этом завил врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин в эксклюзивном интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР, отвечая на вопрос журналиста: есть ли надежда на то, что мечта о мире в Республике осуществится?
«Трудно найти человека на территории Донбасса — уверен, что и по ту сторону линии соприкосновения, — кто не хотел бы мира. При этом стоит понимать, что мы не готовы идти на мир любой ценой, то есть мир не равен капитуляции. Мир должен быть на наших условиях и соответствовать нашим стремлениям в плане развития и существования Республики. Поэтому здесь мы будем выстраивать свою работу и прилагать все усилия и использовать все возможности для достижения мира на наших условиях», — сказал Денис Пушилин.

“It’s hard to find a person in the territory of Donbass, I’m sure that on the other side of the contact line too, who would not want peace. You must realize that we are not ready to make peace at any cost, that is, peace is not equal to surrender. Peace should be on our terms and correspond to our aspirations in terms of the development and existence of the Republic. Therefore, here we will build our work and make every effort and use all the opportunities to reestablish peace on our terms,” Denis Pushilin said.
