Под гранатометный обстрел со стороны ВФУ попал автомобиль оперативной группы Представительства ДНР в СЦКК и в переговорном процессе, который находился на автотрассе H20 вблизи ДФС для встречи директора Центра по предотвращению конфликтов ОБСЕ посла Марселя Пэшко и заместителя главы СММ Марка Этэрингтона. Они прибыли в ДНР с официальным визитом.

В 11:55 со стороны ВФУ был произведен одиночный выстрел из подствольного гранатомета ГП-25 по транспортному средству официальных представителей СЦКК. Автомобили ОБСЕ в этот момент были на подъезде к месту встречи и двигались по автотрассе Н20 со стороны Каменки.

Пострадавших нет. На данный момент офицеры СЦКК встретили представителей ОБСЕ и покинули место происшествия.

Отметим, что на 22 февраля было запланировано посещение Марком Этерингтоном и Марселем Пэшко окрестностей Каменки и Ясиноватой. Украинская сторона в СЦКК была уведомлена заранее о времени и месте прохождения этих мероприятий, а также предоставила соответствующие гарантии безопасности.

With the use of a grenade launcher, the AFU engaged a response team’s vehicle of the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process, which was on H20 highway near the DFS to arrange a meeting between the director of the OSCE Conflict Prevention Center, Ambassador Marcel Peṧko and deputy chief of the SMM Mark Etherington. They arrived in the DPR with an official visit.

At 11:55 am, the AFU fired a single shot from a GP-25 rifle grenade launcher at the vehicle of the JCCC official representatives. At that moment, OSCE cars were approaching the entrance to the meeting place and were moving on H20 highway from the direction of Kamenka.

There were no victims. At the time, the JCCC officers met with the OSCE representatives and left the scene.

Note that on February 22nd, Mark Etherington and Marcel Peṧko were going to visit the vicinities of Kamenka and Yasinovataya. The Ukrainian party to the JCCC was notified in advance about the time and place of those events, and also provided corresponding security guarantees.
