The Humanitarian Programme for the reunification of the people of Donbass, in whose implementation leading Republic healthcare institutions are actively involved, continues in the Donetsk People’s Republic. This is reported by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Health.
Therefore, for the period from October 10th to 16th this year, 162 patients from the territory of the Donetsk region temporarily controlled by Kiev received medical assistance as part of the implementation of the Humanitarian Programme for the reunification of the people of Donbass.
In the Donetsk Republic Center for Maternity and Child Welfare of the DPR Ministry of Health, 8 women received quality medical care in the field of Obstetric Care and Operative Gynecology.
On the premises of the Donetsk Clinical Regional Medical Association, the field Multidisciplinary Hospital for Adults for Receiving Highly Specialized Outpatient and Inpatient Care continues its work. During this period, specialists of the Donetsk Clinical Regional Medical Association of the DPR Ministry of Health provided medical care to 128 patients. In the field Implantation of Intraocular Lenses, one patient received highly specialized medical care.
In the Republic Children’s Clinical Hospital of the DPR Ministry of Health, 8 children received medical care in the field Multidisciplinary Hospital for Children for Receiving Highly Specialized Outpatient and Inpatient Care and two children in the field Vaccination.
In the Republic Oncological Center named after Professor G.V. Bondar and the Institute of Emergency and Reconstructive Surgery named after V.K. Gusak for the period from October 10th to 16th, 15 patients were hospitalized, the treatment of who requires non-standard therapeutic tactics and performing surgical interventions in the fields Chemotherapy for Oncological Diseases of Adults and Chemotherapy for Oncohematological Diseases of Adults/Children.
