The adversary violated the ceasefire regime eighteen times over the past day, said colonel Eduard Basurin, the deputy commander of the Operational Command, at the briefing in Donetsk on October 18th.
- On the Gorlovka front, militants of the 59th brigade with 122 mm artillery shelled Golmovsky.
- On the Donetsk front, the forces of the 92nd and 56th brigades engaged Yasinovataya and Spartak with anti-tank and automatic grenade launchers.
- On the Mariupol front, from positions of the 36th brigade, 120mm and 82mm mortars, anti-tank and automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms engaged Sakhanka, Kominternovo and Leninskoye.
In total, Ukrainian militants fired 242 different items of ammunition on the territory of the Republic.
Since the beginning of this day, the adverary has violated the ceasefire eight times. Sakhanka, Leninskoye, Zaitsevo and Trudovskaya mine’s village in Petrovsky district of Donetsk were engaged by a tank, 120mm mortars, anti-tank and automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
