At the daily briefing, official spokesperson for the DPR People’s Militia Dmitry Astrakhan said that the Right Sector Volunteer Ukrainian Corps’ units deployed in the Kiev region had stepped up the campaign aimed at recruiting the local population into their ranks.
“Thus, on November 6, the leadership of the Right Sector announced the recruitment of persons possessing moral and psychological qualities enabling them to participate in the organization’s activities. The priority tasks are as follows: conducting mobilization activities, guerrilla warfare, undergoing special training at training facilities required for further participation in hostilities in the Joint Forces Operation zone. Chief of the 11th reserve squadron Taras Lelyukh, to whom P. Poroshenko’s supporters had allotted one hundred thousand dollars to carry out mobilization, was appointed responsible for the implementation of the mobilization activities.”
