The investigation established that on November 7 the military personnel, by order of their brigade commander G.N. Shapovalov, shelled Nikitovsky District of Gorlovka with mortars, as a result of which a man born in 1962, who was near the house at 23 Timiryazeva Street, suffered bodily injuries. Currently, the necessary investigative activities are being conducted as part of the criminal case,
