The Ministry of State Security of the Donetsk People’s Republic has obtained information on the Ukrainian authorities’ hatching plans for the re-Ukrainization of the Donbass population, which had been stated in the so-called draft state strategy for the safe reintegration of Donbass published on Ukrainian social networks. This document was elaborated by the working group of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Such documents very precisely uncover the plans of the new Ukrainian government who show that they need our territory only, and they consider all the residnets of Donbass to be subhumans. It follows from this document that any person who resided in the territory of the DPR and LPR for the past 5 years has definitely committed a crime, there is in question only the “degree of complicity.” It is striking cynicism with which the new Ukrainian authorities classify the residents of Donbass into first- and second-class people.
Along with that, in order to foment panic among the population of the Republic, enemy reconnaissance and sabotage groups’ activities may be enhanced in the territory of the DPR.
With respect to the above-mentioned, the DPR State Security Ministry calls on the residents of the Republic to exercise vigilance and public concern, to call attention to the suspicious actions of various individuals.
