Today, on November 22, according to the approved scheduled plan, the Donetsk People’s Republic has proceeded to dismantle fortifications in Petrovskoye, a correspondent of the official website of the DPR reports.
“This is the third, final stage of the scheduled plan, which was agreed in Minsk, implying the dismantlement of fortifications. It will be implemented until December 4 of the current year, and on December 5 we must notify the OSCE SMM of the completion of the scheduled plan.
The process has been launched, ceasefire violations take place, though not in the disengagement area but in the 5-km zone. Representatives of the OSCE SMM have notified us that the Ukrainian party had begun the simultaneous dismantling of its fortifications,” Ruslan Yakubov, Head of the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC said.
The situation in Petrovskoye is quiet, the SMM is monitoring the process of digging in the trench from the DPR direction in a 2-km zone through binoculars.
