According to the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and the negotiation process, today, on November 27, at 10:55 a.m., the armed formations of Ukraine opened fire from the direction of Shumy locality towards Gorlovka (the 6/7 mine’s village) with 82mm mortars and RPGs.
“The area came under fire, where employees of the Voda Donbassa Utility Company were carrying out repair and restoration works in accordance with security guarantees previously provided by the Ukrainian party.
The DPR Representative Office to the JCCC has requested additional security guarantees from the Ukrainian party to the JCCC for a stable silence regime to be established.
