Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian militants fired on the localities of the Republic nine times, firing the total of 52 munitions of various types, Vice-Commander of the Operational Command Colonel Eduard Basurin reported at the briefing in Donetsk on November 29.
On the Donetsk front, militants of the 28th and 56th AFU brigades fired on Staromikhailovka and the Trudovskaya mine’s village with IFV guns, anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms. As a result of the shelling of Staromikhailovka, a male civilian born in 1977 suffered shrapnel wounds to the head and upper limbs.
On the Gorlovka front, from the positions of the 59th and 58th brigades, Golmovsky, Dolomitnoye and the Gagarin mine’s village were fired on with 82mm mortars, IFV guns, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
On the Mariupol front, militants of the 10th brigade fired on Leninskoye and Kominternovo with 82mm mortars, IFV guns, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
Further information on the destruction of civilian infrastructure and civilian casualties is being specified.
The defenders of the Republic control the enemy’s actions on the entire contact line, steadily following the ceasefire requirements.
