The armed formations of Ukraine persevere in their attempts to destabilize the situation in Donbass. To this end, they purposefully launch attacks on residential areas of our Republic, reads the emergency statement from an official representative of the DPR People’s Militia Directorate.
“At 16:55, Marchenko’s militants from the 28th brigade engaged Staromikhaylovka by using IFV-2 guns. As a result of the criminal attack, a civilian born in 1977 suffered fragmentation wounds in the head and upper limbs.
Information on the scale of destruction of the civil infrastructure and civilian casualties is still being specified.
Note that the Ukrainian militants committed yet another bloody crime on the eve of the meeting in the Normandy format to be held on December 9, which vividly demonstrates the failure of the joint forces operation’s staff to control their armed formations.
All the data will be sent to international human rights organizations and the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office.
