Kiev will not desist from its unsuccessful efforts to rewrite the Package of Measures in its own way, Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin stated.

As for the People’s Militia units, according to the Package of Measures, they should be created only by decision of the local councils of Donbass, and we will not allow any National Guard units to our lands.
