To date, the tests of the innovative Unified System for Comprehensive Defense of the Republic’s facilities from enemy strikes with the Mantiya-ARP code name have been completed, the DPR PMD reports.

“The system comprises artillery, electronic warfare and air defense equipment, which will ensure systemic cover for both air and ground from enemy attacks.

The successful launch of the Mantia-ARP system was facilitated by the adoption and introduction into the DPR air defense system of the Terrikon-M2N electronic suppression system, created by the Republic’s specialists and enabling to detect and block the operation of control channels of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles.

Along with that, the Republic’s specialists modernized the OSA-AK (M) anti-aircraft missile systems captured as trophies during the battles for the independence of our Republic in 2014, which made it possible to ensure the operation of the air defense systems in the USCDO, as well as the interface between the data exchange protocols of air defense and electronic warfare systems,” the air defense Chief of the DPR People’s Militia said.
