On December 12, the Ministry for Economic Development held the final stage of presenting of programs for the restoration and development of the economy and social sphere for 2020, elaborated by the administrations of the Amvrosiyevsky, Novoazovsky, Starobeshevsky and Telmanovsky regions of the Republic, a correspondent of the DPR official website reports.
Head of the Novoazovsky District Council Oleg Morgun focused on solving the pressing problems.
“About 800 residential buildings and more than 20 social infrastructure facilities were damaged by hostilities. 357 of them were repaired. Next year we plan to renovate more than a hundred residential buildings. As for social facilities, five of them are fully restored. In the zone, which is constantly under fire, we plan to restore the Sakhanka kindergarten. The biggest problem is the pace of reconstruction of objects, I would like to speed them up.
In 2020, we plan to make maximum use of budgetary funds and our internal capacities, creating additional construction teams and receiving additional building materials through the Ministry of Construction and Utilities, where we find full understanding and support. We have big plans for our resort village of Sedovo, there is a concept for its development for 2020-2023. These are roads, communications and much more,” Oleg Morgun said.
Head of the Amvrosievsky District Council Igor Lyzov shared plans for the further development of this territory of the Republic.
“Our district is traditionally considered to be agricultural. Farmers face have many problems. But I think that next year we will see solid performance, we will try to fulfill the tasks set and get a big harvest. In the industrial field, I would like to expand the markets for the products of two powerful core enterprises. This would affect the life of Amvrosiyevka and the district’s villages.
There is a big problem with personnel shortage in the education and healthcare systems. At this stage, we plan to restore housing in the city and attract young specialists to those fields where there is a shortage of personnel. We will also work on the implementation of facilities’ major repair program,” Igor Lyzov said.
