On December 12, Karina Pavlyuchkova, a DPR Youth Parliament member, met with students of Donbas Law Academy, where those present discussed the Minsk Agreements.
“The Minsk Agreements have no alternative and must be strictly observed. The agreements reached between the Normandy format members prove that. In my view, the prisoner exchange based on the formula “all for all” by December 31, 2019 is our diplomatic victory that shows that the peacebuilding process is ongoing. I want to believe that the exchange will be carried out without delays or incidents on the part of Ukraine, which cannot be said of the withdrawal of forces and equipment along the entire line of contact,” the parliamentarian commented.
